Subway — Restaurant in Waterbury

These people are absolutely diagusting at this location. I ordered a snadwich online and went to go pick it up she then told me i need to show her the order in the subway app along with id. I did not have this id with me this is the only location in the country doing this no other subway asks such a thing i drive commercially for a living eat subway 2-3 times a week first place that refused to give me my sandwich i identified the name and exact type of sandwich i ordered which is only information that i would have along with whoever prepeared it no one else...

Didn't order. I stood uncomfortably in line and its like I'm supposed to bother someone in order to inconvenience them and make me a sandwich.
