This evening for dinner we were going to have Toco Bell, but had to stop at CVS to pick up my medication nearby. In the parking lot I heard beautiful music with no singing just instrumentals. I asked my husband where is that music coming from, and he said from that little boy right there it looks like he’s playing with a violin to get some money. We only had a couple of dollars to get our dinner so I said why don’t we get our food and then whatever is left over we will give it to them. My husband agreed and we went to this Taco Bell. Prior to that I had taken a video of this child playing music who was accompanied by his mother who had a sign that read “please help we need money to pay for a motel, gas and food”. After we had ordered, we were waiting for food at the window and my husband had said I’m going to ask them if they can donate something for this mother and son. I said no don’t cause they might not give it to you and they’ll probably think it’s for us but then realized what would be the harm all they can do is just say no. So my husband asked as I pulled out my phone to show her the video she was listening to what my husband was saying, as I was attempting to show her the video she said, yeah yeah ok hold on. Let me ask my manager to see what we can do. She went into the back what felt like forever, but was probably only a few minutes she finally came back with a bag. THEY DID DONATED FOOD FOR THEM. We thanked her so very much. We kept thanking her and her manager for the help. I’m writing this to let people know how wonderfully awesome she and her manager were. You never know people’s circumstances, and she could’ve easily said no and if we wanted to you can order something else because I can’t give anything. But the fact that she and her manager helped this mother and son who by the way was all about 10 to 12 years of age blew me away. As we drove off, I was filled with a emotions and gratitude was definitely one of them. So again thank you to her and her manager who in the moment I had forgotten to get their names for giving food to this family. It takes a village to help people out 1000 percent and those two were definitely apart of that village. BLESS THEM BOTH! And that mother to that child was so grateful that she kept blowing me kisses and sending me hugs. THANK YOU TWO ONCE AGAIN FOR HELPING NOT ONLY THEM BUT US TOO BECAUSE IT BROKE OUR HEARTS WE COULDN'T MORE FOR...
Read more9/25/2024: My idiot self decided to come back to this terrible taco bell after avoiding it for a year. I was naive and thought maybe they got better? Maybe new management? Maybe new employees? I ordered my meal and picked it up in the drive through. When I checked the bag, I was missing 2 of the 5 items I ordered. I drove back around and told them what was missing. It took them 20 minutes to get my missing food. My other food was cold by the time they brought it out. NEVER AGAIN!
Alright, I’m convinced this isn’t even a real taco bell and it’s actually just a front for some sort of money laundering operation. There’s no way they’re always out of main ingredients and closed during business hours so often.
12/9/2023: They’re out of all breakfast items at 9:50am.
12/5/2023: They’re out of beef again.
11/18/2023: They’re out of coffee and chalupas.
10/2/2023: They’re completely out of beef. That’s like 80% of their menu.
Update: This taco bell is trash. They’re never opened on time, their employees are always rude, and they’re constantly all out of a ton of menu items. We go here a lot because they’re the closest one to our house but we just end up driving to the one on Thomaston Ave anyways so I think we’re going to start going elsewhere in the first place.
Their signs on the window and online say they open at 8:00am. I showed up at 8:15 to get breakfast and nobody responded. I waited at the drive-through for 10 minutes and then tried to walk inside but the doors were locked. There were 2 cars parked outside, so I'm assuming the employees were there. Guess they don't want to...
Read moreThis place is filthy. I was disgusted to see that the employees were allowed to keep their drinks right on the counter where the customers place their order... There should be a separate break area for that. Under no circumstances should their drinks be that close to where customer meals are. It's just unsanitary.
All of the employees seemed to be rude and have an attitude. I stood there a few minutes before anyone even helped me... Heck another customer started his order on the touch screen kiosk since no one was helping him... He kept getting stuck though. The person that eventually came over to assist me was very rude and impatient as if I had just interrupted her... Worst part was when I realized she was the manager and she was acting this way. The store wasn't all that busy, aside from the one guy at the kiosk and myself there was nobody at the drive thru.
Just overall pretty disgusted with this place. Employees need to step up and show that they care about their positions or be let go. They're working in fast food... I understand it can be demanding but there is simply no excuse for ignoring customers or leaving the...
