Horrible customer service! I was their only customer. One worker (the cook) was on his phone, leaned up against the wall. A woman in the back was eating. And the worker at the cash register. I wasn’t expecting a parade w/ streamers to pop off once I entered their establishment. A simple, “Hello sir” would of been suffice. Nope!! So I say, “Hello” and proceeded to give my order. I’m told the price, I pay and wait. My food was cooked and prepared rather quick- Pros. My order is called. I approach the counter where my order was placed. I say “Thank you” and the same individual who took my order, walks away & doesn’t acknowledge me.
Ironically, I’m a Vegan but I was getting this dish for my aging grandmother. If it was for me, I would of asked for my money back & would of left the food on the counter. I will NEVER spend a cent in this establishment again. Maybe living in NY has spoiled me but tell me: What happened to customer service? Especially in the Food Service business. I suggest this establishment read the book: People over Profits. And update your lighting also. I felt like I was in a morgue. Greet your customers and make them feel as if you want and/or appreciate their business. That’s business 101! If not, I hope many more ppl force you to at least act like you appreciate...

I wanted the orange chicken, but saw the menu said "spicy", she happily offered to make it however I like & it was really good.
