This rating if for the deli department. No matter how many bad reviews this deli gets, they still keep doing the same thing over and over again. There was a time when the the deli workers were fast, focused, and efficient. Those days seem to be long, long over with. Every single time I go there, all these deli workers do is stand around and talk to each other while us customers just stand there and watch them. They will talk to each other before they even ask you what you want. Then before they even turn around to go where they get the meat, they talk to each other yet again while we all stand there watching them. Then when they finally go get the meat you want they have to stop and talk to each other again before they put the meat into the cutter. And then they have to stop and talk to each other in between every few slices. They'll slice a few slices, stop and talk to each other, slice a few more slices, stop talk to each other and then before they put it into the bag they have to stop and talk to each other some more. They'll be several people waiting and there's usually three workers in the deli and only one will be waiting on you while the other two are just standing there with a broom in their hand just talking. Honestly, how many bad reviews does this deli have to get before the managers of this store, or the district managers, do something about it???? It's all right there on camera. Read moreI've shopped at this store for at least 20 years. Saturday was my last day. I'll never give my money to them again. Racial profiling is never Ok. Especially when you're the new security guard. That man stared at me so hard I could feel it on my back. I forgot my card in another jacket. Asked the cashier to suspend my order, I'll be right back. Please don't put my things back. I wasn't gone 15 minutes. When I got back the only thing left of my order was paper towels and 4 sodas. I had a full carriage. Scummy security had a nerve to tell me how long I'd been gone. I wanted to punch him in the F-ing face, but I'm trying to be a better person. And it never fails being over charged because they've wrung up the same item several times they refuse to correct the mistake at the register but cash me out and MAKE ME go to customer service . I'm disabled . I spend several hundreds of dollars a week there I have 9 elderly people of the litchfeild community to shop for . If im not over charged I don't receive ALL of the items I purchased .
