Arby's — Restaurant in Waterford Township

So I have tried to not make this review because I know everyone is short staffed, but I just can't do it anymore. Now to start I love this food. Arby's is great, and I have ate it all over the country however this location is bad. I have never had worse service at any restaurant ever. Over the last year between Door Dash and picking up food myself and my wife picking up on her way home we have not had a correct order in the last year. Yes it is our fault for not checking or having it delivered. That is not the point. We shouldn't have to check out order to ensure accurate service every time when we don't have to do that with other chains. This is just not right, and it is usually my wife that doesn't get a correct order. When she orders a single beer and cheddar and that is the one sandwich that is not there it is an issue. Needs more training. I Ordered the diablo stuff I ordered 2 of the sandwiches and 2 of the frys assuming like it says on the board that it comes with free small shakes I planned on giving to my kids. However I was informed that you need to specify diablo dare or else they wont as if I am supposed to know that or work for your company. Your board says order these 2 items it comes with a free snack size shake. They weren't really rude but felt condensending. They did make it right hence the 3 star and not a 1. Ok, went through the drive through around 6:45-7pm on 08/29/2020. Got the jalapeño chicken, and went on our way to go celebrate a friends bday. 9:30pm, my wife starts feeling sick and since we are not from the area. We had to go home cause it kept getting worse and was food poisoning symptoms. I suggest this place should check to see if they aren’t cooking rotted food and employees wash their hands better. Also to check and see if the food is fully cooked before distributing it to a customers order. Until then, Arby’s is not a place to go to for a while. And we will never go to this one ever again.
