Food was made correctly and tasted great. Customer service was rude and did not communicate with any costumer. When other looked for food they ordered online we all got the same side look and attitude. Even though online said my order would be ready at 3:09, I walked in at 3:32 and my order was not ready. I waited 3 mins and was handed a bag with no communicate at all from the person. When I asked, is my smoothly in this bag, I got a "look". Then they started to make a smoothly. I asked, so(very softly and kindly), they are making my food and I would not want to piss them off hahaha ? Will it be a few more minutes? The reply was " it will be a minute" I said, great no problem, thanks for the combination. Then the beverage was sat on counter and they walked away. Every person here was treated the same. Read moreMy most recent experience at this TSC location was sub par. I ordered via the app for pickup in store, but they are only doing drive-thru right now. Ended up waiting 20 minutes in line for our smoothies and the only thing keeping me there was that I had already paid for them. Else I would have exited the line way before getting to the ordering speaker and went home. I did leave a survey review and one of the managers stated that if you order online for in store pick up, you can call the store and someone will bring it to the door. Next time I will try this and if all goes well will update my review. I may have just come in on a training or bad day, but will update my review with my next experience. Read moreI placed an order on the phone for pickup. Every time I spoke, I was told "okay hold on" and it took far too long. I got to the store to pick up the food and drinks, and it was sloppily thrown in the bag. And it gets better, I left, tried my smoothie, and of course, it was made wrong... so, I called and was told to bring it back with the receipt. When I said I didn't have time to do that, I was just told "sorry". Not everyone is able to drive back and forth... so I'm sorry if it sounds ridiculous that I didn't drive back like they asked.
