I ordered my Pizza at 7:21pm it says the estimate delivery time is 8:21 pm. I called at 8:37pm questioning if they even got my order. The guy said that they only had one driver and that it would still be a little bit before it came. I offered to come get the pizza since they were behind on the deliveries but was told that the driver had just walked in and I would have my pizza shortly. It is now 9:07 pm still no pizza's. I called to speak with the manager who refused to talk to me. So I cancelled my order. The guy who answered the phone stated that they would refund me the money and still allow us to have the pizza since we had waited so long. The driver showed up 9:10pm and when I told him what the guy had told me, He left with the pizza. I asked him to call the manager to verify that we could have the pizzas but he got in his truck and left. This is why I had originally stopped coming to this location because of long delivery times and poor customer service. My order was almost $60 for 2 pizzas and breadsticks, I was okay with waiting an hour. I was okay with after that hour wait just going to pick it up myself. I don't understand why I wasn't allowed to come pick it up if it was about the $5.99 delivery fee they could of kept it. I was planning on still tipping the driver wasn't his fault for being the only one. But instead they lost a customer and my kids that were looking forward to that pizza are now crying and eating...

I paid and they said about 10 minutes. An hour later I still hadnāt gotten my food. I (and a few other customers) would have left sooner but we had paid and needed refunds. No one was at the counter. The line of new people was getting longer and the employees just abandoned the register for 20 minutes and they werenāt saying anything to anyone and they didnāt even take the new customers coming in. Three of us kept yelling for a manager and not in a mean way just a get their attention way. We just wanted refunds so we could leave. The employees and managers kept ignoring us. Finally I yelled very loudly āplease get the manager now so we can get refunds and leaveā
He came over, he had been making pizza I guess, and did our refunds in about 10 seconds each.
It seems this is a problem theyāve been having when they get behind. The manager should have the employees be honest. Tell people when they come up to pay āitās an hour wait. Do you want to pay or cancel?ā
If you canāt fulfill the orders in a timely manner you need to tell people or at least man the counter so you can refund them instead of hiding to avoid...

There seem to be a lot of negative reviews for the Jet's in Waterford, though, but the pizza place recommended to us was closed so we took a shot ... we saw a commercial the night before for the Greek pizza which we thought looked delicious, so we ordered a small hand-tossed, as well as a Four-Corners Aloha BBQ Chicken with Cajun crust. Boy are we glad we "chanced it"! Both pizzas showed up before the time promised and were piping hot and absolutely LOADED with toppings. The Greek pizza was a huge hit and the Aloha was the absolute best Detroit-style crust pizza I've ever had! I mean the crust was cheesy-golden brown-crispy-and oh-so-perfectly-chewy that I devoured three of the four corners in record time. On top of all that the delivery driver was very friendly and very nice. She was a real sweetheart. We will definitely try this Jet's again when we're...
