This is a company wide issue apparently. If you're allergic to anything beware. I specifically call and tell them I'm allergic to mayo before the conversation starts. I was informed in the past to place the order through the app to avoid any miscommunication. I specifically order the spicy Italian. It comes with mayo. I make my order everytime fresh to ensure I hit no mayo. I even put a note that I'm allergic. It's hard to not be rude to an employee whem I go out of my way to order a Vito, that doesn't even come with mayo and sacrifice the luxury of double protein. I still receive a sandwich with mayo. It's unavoidable. I have to make them reorder and and me a free sandwich more times than not. Everytime iv ordered from this location iv gotten a different sandwich, mayo, or nothing at all. It's a joke It's almost like spinning a random sandwich wheel everytime. My local place of business no longer orders jimmy johns and I understand why. I asked the manager to comp me a sandwich the last order I made, and informed her she lost this business as well. Read moreThe people working at this store are in the wrong profession. Unhelpful and rude across multiple interactions. I love Jimmy Johns and kept coming to this location because it’s close to my home, but the service is so bad I had to stop today. They always get the order wrong and this is confirmed by others who have left reviews of this store. At one point I stopped tipping for delivery, which was only 3 orders of not tipping, because the order was always wrong and then on the 3rd time the driver was banging on my door demanding I tip for poor service. So they will make sure they are getting their money, but your food orders will be wrong and they could care less. I even explained why and she did not care about the order being right just her tip. Before I became an engineer I worked in the food industry for over a decade and never experienced this level of service. Truly if you are going to treat people like this get a different job. If the owner is reading this then you need to hire people willing to take care of the customer and not employees who are solely focused on their tips. Read moreUsually not one to leave a review but this is kinda crazy. This location has started doing delivery through door dash, which obviously takes longer than in house delivery. I’ve ordered multiple times since this was implemented and it usually takes about a half hour. Today, I waited an hour until I attempted to call the store. When I called the number listed on the app AND online, it says it’s unavailable. With no way to contact them, I just went to the store. Not a huge deal, but definitely irritating. When I picked it up, they refunded me my tip, but not the delivery fee and they didn’t offer to remake my hour old sandwich. Not the workers fault really, but they just obviously don’t care about customer service at all. I hope they fix the issue with the phones and consider letting customers know that it will take extra time to be delivered, especially when it’s over an hour wait.
