I visit this McDonald's often. Most of the time there is an issue. (Altho they seem to fix them or mark one of the managers always makes sure my food is right. I wish I could eat elsewhere, I work late nights and this is the only food available a few nights a week for me. As someone who spends a little over $90 a week at this location. Today's experience by far was the rudest customer service iv experienced. I now have to order my sauce on the side for my big Mac because light sauce isn't possible with them. So I order my food, get home and there is no Mac sauce.. so I set my food aside and drive back up to get my sauce. I pull up to the drive thru and said "hi I just ordered Mac sauce on the side and didn't get it".. the lady then says, "no I know u got that sauce, I put it in the bag. " I was thrown back by her tone. I said "no I didnt" she says "OK well just pull up" I pull up, she comes to the window to argue the fact I had got the sauce. I ask her why would I come back and not eat my food hot for an extra said of Mac sauce.. she rudely continued and then gave me the sauce i then asked her name.. Amy . I then go home irritated because how rude over 70 cent sauce she was. I check again my bags and I call her to tell her I thought she was rude and handled me very disgusting as someone in customer service myself would NEVER talk to a customer like that. Read moreAbsolutely THE WORST McDonalds I've EVER been to! Went through the drive thru at about 11:45pm ordered fries, coffee, cookies and a mocha McFrappe. Pulled over and parked in there lot to talk to my husband. My husband opens his coffee lid and it's half full, I take a sip of my frappe and it's like WATER! Usually I just suck it up when McDonalds screws up my order but my husband trying to be a knight in shining armor offered to get me a new one. We went back to the drive through window and told the lady it was runny. The girl at the drive thru gave us the biggest attitude and said there's nothing I can do about it. My husband asked her to return it so she said ok, took the drink and disappeared. A minute later the manager (Dan) came to the window very angry and REFUSED to make a new one, give us the drink back OR refund our money!!! When my husband tried to reason with him he said I'm only going to tell you once leave or i will call the police FOR TRESPASSING!!! I am in total shock! Never had this happen to me anywhere before! The police came and we made a report. Additionally, as luck would have it we have it all on recording as we were discussing matters regarding our small business prior to the return. Read moreI placed an order on the mobile app & it defaulted to picking up in the restaurant without knowing it. I went through the drive thru as I ALWAYS do and gave the girl the code on my phone. She said it wasn’t right so I repeated it. Again she said it was wrong so I told her I would drive around & show her. While waiting I could see a guy looking through the window saying something & glaring at me. When I pulled up to the window I had my phone facing them so they could see it because me telling wasn’t working! However, instead of being helpful & customer friendly Mike was VERY RUDE!!! Instead of SIMPLY saying “that’s a in restaurant code but we will gladly hand you your food through the drive thru especially seeing how you already waited in line.” I received NO HELP figuring out what the problem was to the point of telling Mike to cancel the order. As I’m driving away I can hear him yelling out of the window at me.
