This place is a joke. I placed an online order over a week ago. When I got there they were closed however the app and Google both stated that they were open. I contacted corporate to get my money back and they kept telling me that they contacted the store to get in contact with me about a refund. Long story short, I never heard from them and I had to take the initiative to call. Both managers there try telling me that they do not refund mobile orders but corporate told me anything to be done at store level. It took me a week to get a freaking refund because nobody at that store has it together. On top of numerous calls and emails to both the store in corporate. When I got there for my refund, the manager was insistent that the hours were posted all over online and I even showed her that they are different online than what she told me and her response was that she updated that a month ago when I told her that that store needs to get it together she told me they’re the best store in the area I don’t I don’t understand how because it seems like, from all these other reviews, I’ve had everybody else has complaints at this location. I don’t understand why this location is so rude and poorly managed and has no concept of good customer service. A week for a few dollar refund on top of numerous calls and emails is just completely and totally...
Read moreIt was impossible to enjoy a cup of coffee while sitting inside this establishment. The employees were SOOOoooooo LOUD! They appeared to be doing far more socializing than working. Or perhaps they all have hearing impairments and need hearing aids. They were shouting back and forth to each other and talking incessantly at high volumes about non-work related issues. I heard several F-bombs from a couple of different employees. What kind of work culture is this?? There appeared to be one employee quietly working away while all the others just stood around being loud and wasting time. There's simply no excuse for an eatery like Tim Hortons to be this unpleasantly loud. Where is the manager?? Ah, they were probably one of the employees yacking it up at high volume...setting a great example for other employees. A regional manager should discretely check in on this location. There are some issues that need addressing. How many customers have these ridiculously loud employees scared away already? I won't be...
Read moreLearn how to speak with customers. Waiting at the drive-thru window to receive my order. Wait was longer than should be but her rudeness had no issues. When you try to give me the wrong order and I tell you that’s not mine twice and I ask you if you’re short staffed, you don’t need to have an attitude and tell me everyone is and do you know people who want to work. Instead you should apologize for the mistake (would have been end of story) and be focused on giving me my breakfast that I received cold because it has been sitting on the counter and you’re trying to give me the wrong order. Yes. I do actually know people who will run this establishment like a clock, but they’ll fire you the 1st minute they’ll be in charge. There’s a way to talk to a customer and you need to learn that. In another incident, when you close anytime you want, post a sign and don’t let cars line up and wait at the drive-thru...
