Would give them no stars but have to give atleast 1 to post.The afternoon crew is horrible they have no respect for their customers they won't fix problems when they mess up your food or your missing food when you go back or call to talk with a manager they have you talk with a shift supervisor which is still in high school and puts you on hold while she has to ask the other managers what to do when you ask to speak to the other managers they are to busy to get on the phone or finally after 25 minutes of getting nowhere they get on and are just as disrespectful as she was refusing to give their name or General Managers info or phone number they refuse to replace or refund your missing items or what they screwed up and hang up the phone on you. The night manager he said his name was Colton is the rudest and no help whatsoever refusing to correct anything and thinks it's a big joke thinking that if I want my food that they messed up or didn't give me that I'm supposed to jump and go back and get it I'm sorry it's not my fault you didn't do your job you should fix the problem bad customer service all around the worst McDonald's in Waterford. Just got off work after a long shift stopped at this location on my way home to grab some food and head home. Well I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes ok whatever that’s cool. Then a woman says we will be right with you. I replied ok no problem. Two cars roll up to the other drive thru and get service right away. Ok then I said screw or I will just go inside and use the kiosk so I didn’t have to talk to anyone. Ordered chicken nugget meal lg with lg soda and a cheeseburger. Food came up I asked to speak with a manager and the gentleman said I’m a manager on duty how can I help you. I replied with the senecio and he said I’m sorry about that what can I get or do for you. I politely declined and said just give your employees a training exercise on how to operate the drive thru. This lady DISTRICT Manager yells at me for 2 feet away to exit her store now or I will call the cops and have you trespassed. I have done nothing wrong for 4 Waterford police to show up and have this woman come outside to trespass me. I called corporate and spoke to the HR department this is being investigated. That district manager lady with all the tattoos and bad attitude needs a new career and learn how to treat people. I’m appalled with how this woman acted as the face of this company. When we got back to the airport (5 mins away) the food was cold and In noticed I was missing an item . I called (took me 7 times to get someone to answer) to advise management. Nicole was the general manager I spoke with. She apologized and promised to make things right with a coupon for some free food in the mail. It arrived about 7-10 days later. It was for 1 free item from the dollar menu "and more item" (excluding 20 piece Mcnuggets). Now to me that means a dollar menu item and something else like a Big mac or something.....just not a 20 piece Mcnugget?? 2 days ago I finialy got the opportunity to redeem my loss. When I walked in and presented the card, the manager on duty went from nice to rude. Explained to me they no longer have a dollar menu and Id have to take a cheese burger and nothing more. I explained to her that was less than my loss and was not what the card was offering. She refused to do anything else. I asked for the General Manager Nicole ( the one I talked to and sent me the card) and was told she would be in the next day at 9am. I called back then (took me 15 time to get someone to answer this time) and asked for Nicole. I was told she was to busy to talk to me. They took my name and number and promised she would get back with me that day....I never heard from her. They flat out ripped me off and showed NO remorse and pretty much didnt care.
