Like stepping back in time, this place feels like a candy shop from the 1900's. The bakery here makes delicious looking sweets, doughnuts and macaroons and more. This place would fit in on Mackinac Island. There's outdoor tables and chairs for families and kids.
The baked goods all include wheat, so there's nothing I could eat on my visit, so I had. a filtered coffee for $2.60 and made myself comfortable on some porch chairs, listening to crickets and rural car traffic whilst drinking a lovely brew.
