Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Waterford Township

Horrible experience just went here to get lunch for the guys at the shop.ordered the spicy chicken Sandwich combo a 4 piece spicy chicken combo and a side of beans and rice was told i had to wait 10 minutes cuz they were waiting on the chicken ok kool no big deal. They tell me after i pay they are out of honey and hot sauce ok what ever. Waited at the window for 15 minutes only to get back to the shop for them to screw our whole order up!! Got back the 4 piece meal was not spicy and some how it was now a 3 piece instead of a 4 piece.... instead of beans and rice they gave us mashed potatoes... my combo that was supposed to come with fries had none and then was given a 3 piece chicken tender meal that wasnt ordered.... tried to call to see if i could bring everything back n get the right order cuz i had the Receipt and was hung up on twice!! Deffinitly would not recommend mind you they were not that busy it was 230 in the after noon and sat their till 10 minutes to 3 waiting on my order which nothing was right on and couldnt even get them to exchange it with the receipt because i was hung up on both times i called... will not return and would not recommend anyone else going as well the food they did give us didnt even seem to be cooked all the way... very poor experience...

Continuously disappointed in the service so after my recent visit within the past 2 hours it’s time to give a review. This is the 3rd visit in a row over the past 2 months that that have had no spicy wings to fill a 5 piece combo meal. They said they only had 2 spicy pieces, so I agreed to let them fill the order with 3 additional mild wings. The side order was for red beans and rice and a biscuit. When i arrived home, I had no spicy wings, no biscuit, and french fries instead of red beans and rice. Since I live 20 minutes away I did not return. Since I have had continuous issues, and reading other reviews as well, I can only conclude that this location is seriously poorly managed. Where is regional management and oversight? Come on people, have some pride in your job and responsibilities! My wife’s order was correct except the chicken tenders were so thin they looked like fish instead of chicken. The price was seriously overpriced at $31.35 for 2...

I don't usually leave reviews but I had to make an exception Normally I really love Popeyes but this was the worst experience I've ever had I waited 45 minutes in line with only eight cars and then was told to pull around to the other side and waited another 10 minutes when my order got there I didn't receive my pop, I ordered spicy chicken and got plain, the chicken was way overcooked and dry as a bone, I had an order of popcorn shrimp with a side of cajun fries. There was absolutely no shrimp in the popcorn it was just dough and I did not receive the dipping sauce I ordered. the fries were soggy and soaked in Grease had no spice at all, KFC's french fries drag Popeyes through the dirt! the beans and rice taste nasty. It was more like bean and rice soup The mashed potatoes were the only thing that was even close. I just remembered I ordered cheesecake. Who could screw up cheesecake? Well apparently Popeyes can! So disappointed!!!... I will never eat...
