Extreme helpful and nice lady with a accent checked me out and went above and beyond when my harbor freight card wasn't swiping. And I had a one day expired coupon from the membership thing she tried to still get it to work and gave me the numbers to call to get a new card and replace the coupon. The manager came out he was professional and polite no complaints.(The short version of the rest is the stigma of only having cheap poor quality tools here should be gone these day's they have both cheaper diy quality and still cheap for what they are professional grade tools that are truly in the same league as DeWalt Makita and Milwaukee)Side note the Hercules brushless tools are actually equivalent to DeWalt it's not false advertising. I do carpentry and have replaced my Milwaukee tools with these. I had enough from selling the very much old out of warranty Milwaukee tools and batteries to buy twice as many Hercules. If you want visual proof/more scientific proof there are several channels on YouTube that text power tool's and consistently Hercules scores even or better than ridgid and DeWalt. Also if I need to use the warranty I can go into the store instead of shipping it off waiting then hoping they actually fixed or replaced the tool like the other professional quality brands. Even the blade that came with the 71/4 circular saw is a good quality framing blade. I watched a helper hit a nail head with it and it didn't throw any teeth or noticeably effect the speed or anything of the cuts. Really all the carpentry tools are great starting points now. I got a friend there voyager tool belt and grabbed a replacement bag the one for your tape and square for myself from the other idk it's red it was nice just doesn't have Velcro and my belt is setup for Velcro so it's extra now but was more durable than the dead on setup I bought for twice the price but not as good as the DeWalt bags I wore before that for way more than either and has to be searched out as it's never available in the big box store's. I could keep going with thing's I've bought recently that are quality for fractions of other big box stores offerings but I think I got my point across. Just look into which brands are the high quality professional grade tools and which are the in between and which are the cheap but hey it'll work for a little diy one time. As they offer the hole spectrum with much of there tools and always seem to have the pro and good diy quality version of...
Read moreDid you know that Harbor Freight Tools are not a publicly traded company and its stocks are not available to retail investors? Read to the end. Please.
This was the only time I shopped at this specific location. But I can say that this review is representative of Harbor Freight as a whole. Like every other one I've visited. This one is in a location from a failed prior business, which I support that business model choice. I appreciate that HF utilizes already constructed spaces when opening a store!!! I wish more businesses would implement that approach. I think we're well versed on what Harbor freight is and what they sell. That's also consistent for pretty much every product. Another area of consistency...... their emphasis on customer service. In all of my years, going to HF covering several states and several stores within those dtates, I can't recall EVER having a less than positive experience when dealing with an employee and/or them having to deal with me. The employees actually will go out of their way to assist any and all customers! In the beginning, I thought it was a specific location. That maybe they had a good manager or an ideal team. Well, all of those assumptions were accurate! What's interesting is that everyone of the HF locations have that same "thing" going on. I don't believe in coincidence. I do however believe in good corporate values!!! America truly is taking on its image of when this country was at its best. The sloths despise HFT bc they can't relate to them. Specifically their, Harbor Freight Tools, independence. If DC can't get insider stock information, you're of no value to them. Ironically people dog on them bc their tools are made in China. Truth is, they support their communities 100% more than those that despise them. Let...
Read moreI love coming to this store, not just for the merch but for the service! In fact, I don’t do very much with tools or handy work. i am not even close to their target demographic lol
Which is honestly why I have such gratitude for the team. This team is full of professionals who treat every customer with the same respect. Whether they look like a business owner, a handyman, or have long hair and colorful baggy clothes, it doesn't matter. They treat everyone with the same care and respect.
The other thing I love is: Whenever I see something online that says it’s available here, it is actually available! I mostly buy random things here like knives, flashlights, rain gear, and recently things for moving like a dolly and a lock for my temp storage unit.
I simply looked for what I needed, found it in stock, went to the store and the website told me exactly which isle they were on. Everything was in stock. Check out was...
