The new management has really whipped that place into shape. I used to loathe shopping there because it was always more of a chore wading through the mess instead of a good shopping experience. My kids loved it tho. NOW, I enjoy shopping there. Its very organized and clean. The staff have pleasant attitudes & are very knowledgeable about their store. They have direct answers when you have a question to ask. Im leaving such a long review because they deserve to be applauded. This store has bad customer service. I applied to this store and called and the manger said my application is not in the system ,and when clearly I got sent a bunch of emails saying that my application is on file.And when I tried to call back to tell the manger that my application was on file the phone goes to voice mail.

Most unprofessional place I've ever been to. The prices are great but the manager with an accent is extremely unprofessional I came in today and left due to her gossiping about employee drama. Obviously she should speak about that when customers aren't around. This isn't the first time something like this has happened with her last time I was there she cursed while my children were around. NOT coming back to this place I'm definitely happier going to forman mills...
