I went on sarokis website for the Waterford location, and it says for 24.99 you get 12 tenders, 4 biscuits and 2 sides. It's listed as valpack. I went in store and ordered it. The manager claims that deal doesn't exist but offered a discount on what I ordered. It cost me 36 dollars for what's listed online as 25. Got home, didn't get tenders and instead got old dried out chicken on the bone, only 3 biscuits instead of 4. I called and asked to speak to the manager who again claimed the deal doesn't exist so I told him I screenshotted it on my phone then suddenly it exists but you need a coupon (which isn't stated on the website). Then as I'm talking this manager starts talking louder and louder over me until I finally yelled over him and told him it's fine. I will just dispute the charge on my card. He eventually got belligerent and hung up. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANNA SUPPORT A PERSON WHO APPARENTLY wants to rip customers off. Oh and also, even with his "discount" I was still charged more than it's listed right in the menu. Also many meals are supposed to come with a drink but unless you specifically ask, they conveniently don't offer it. That manager has no business dealing with the public and he outright lied. Food is normally good too but this chicken was so dry nobody ate it. So I spent 35 on a meal advertised as 25 then called a liar, then his story changed when I said it's still on the website. He's a scam artist and should not...
Read moreIndulge me as I share my recent culinary adventure with you. It was 8:30 pm when I decided to embark on a journey into the realm of chicken goodness, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of spectacular. The chicken, crispy and piping hot, was an absolute delight. The juiciness was so sublime that it left me astounded, making me question whether I had truly stumbled upon a chicken haven.
What sets this chicken apart is the subtle yet delightful spicy kick it offers. It's the kind of spice that dances on your taste buds without setting your mouth ablaze. The juicy factor was so profound that even my wife couldn't help but raise an eyebrow in amazement.
Besides the tantalizing flavors, the establishment itself was a testament to cleanliness and friendly service. It's a haven for anyone seeking not just delicious food but also a welcoming atmosphere. As for the cost, it's far from being a burden on your wallet, unless, of course, you've got some serious financial woes to address. I ordered the 4-piece meal for a mere $10.99, and my son even managed to sneak a piece, yet I left feeling satisfyingly full.
With this remarkable experience, I have no reservations in giving this place a resounding 10 out of 10. I can't wait to return and venture into the realm of their Nashville Hot Loaded Fries, an adventure that awaits my...
Read moreThese people have a great business going on. You think... how can good food come out of kitchen attached to gas station? It does. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was how open and big the space was, followed by the fact it smelled clean. They are a full-service gas station, liquor store, convenient store with fresh cold salads packaged, pizza and fried chicken. I ordered a chicken tender (boneless) combo. It came with a side (I got mashed) and biscuit. My son got their fried corn. I didn't try it. He loves it. It's basically part of an ear of corn that appeared to be lightly battered and deep fried. Let's start the pizza. Really good. The pepperoni was what I think would be called "old school". It had a spice to it, but not too much. The chicken was great. It was juicy and the breading is awesome. Again, just a tiny amount of spice. Enough not to be bland but not enough to be overwhelming. All...
