Ordered through door dash and when my food arrived my medium fries weren’t even half full so I called the restaurant to tell them and the manager immediately began began denying her team would have done that… ? Really how do you not notice that the fries were only a quarter of the way full? How do you place them neatly in the bag and not notice they’re only a quarter full? I wasn’t asking for anything back just wanted her to know this happened and all she said was that I’d have to go through door dash with any complaints…. Not going back to this location ever again!

It was just alright and could have been much better. I ordered the classic roast beef sandwich and rueban. The rueban was hot, but there was more sourkraut than meat and the bread wasn't toasted so it became soggy really fast. The roast beef sandwich tasted good, but it was only a little warm. The restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly. I also felt the food came out quickly. The store was busy and I only saw one person preparing sandwiches, so that may have played into my experience.

This is now the second time that they refuse to take my order in the drive-through. Simply stating “we cannot take any orders at this time”. Then when passing the drive through window, the girl was laughing and talking with a car outside the window. Guess I was interrupting their conversation. I think I’m done with this location. Been a problem for a long time.

Waited 22 minutes for 3 chicken strips, fries and a roast beef sandwich. There was ONE other couple in the building that came in after us, ordered, recieved their order, ate their food and approached us on their way out asking what was going on that we hadn't received our food yet. Those fellow customers were more concerned over our not having our food yet, than the employees. I went up TWICE to ask how much longer and never received a good answer. When our food was finally ready.....IT WAS COLD!!!! Employees didn't seem to care. We paid and waited forever for food we didn't eat. I will not recommend this place to anyone and I will not attempt to...

Went there to get that steak n provolone sandwich...no cars..so I pull up to speaker to place my order..NOBODY SAID NOTHING..so I pull up to pickup window..I sd "nobody asked my order" there was 3 employees..standing there looking like"what do u want"..so I ordered an was I disappointed..all the inside of hoagie were encased with provolone cheese..lil pieces of meat..n peppers.nothing remotely like the ad on TV looked...it smelled darn good..but come on..it actually made me sick..don't know what those 3 employees did..but I was soo disappointed...cause I had my mouth set..for what I saw in the pics...

Waited forever just to order our food, at the counter. Felt like we were being ignored.Was not fast food. Took forever to get our food. When we did get our order, it wasn't complete. Different person who took our order, gave us our food. He was very nice and apologetic. Tables were all dirty and garbage cans were full. Did not have any Arby's special sauce in the dispenser. No ice in the ice machine. Food was very good once we got it. They need more help. One person behind counter, one person in drive through and one person making the food is not enough on a Friday night. I felt sorry for...
