Dunkin' — Restaurant in Watertown

Person taking my order would not add bacon to a bagel with cream cheese. isnted the manager came out and said i had to order a sandwich with egg, cheese, and meat, then remove the egg, and cheese that i payed for to keep the bacon on the sandwich and then pay extra for cream cheese. i have ordered a bagel with cream cheese and bacon every day for brekfast for years and occasionaly someone puts the order in like this and they correct it to a bagle with cream cheese and add bacon. the manager told em i was a lier after waiting in line for a long time to get refused basic customer service. she said that there is no way the computer can put that order in (even though i ordered it for brekfast yesteray) with a manager like this you will lose every unsatisfied customer that walks out your door. ive worked with customer satisfaction for years and this would have been an eazy oppertunity to make somone happy and move on rather than treat thime like garbage to start...

No customers in the store. I made an order, the cashier took the money and went to the manager to talk about some Doordash order. After staying there for 23 minutes(no other customers around) I needed to go and couldn't wait for my coffee anymore, so I asked for refund. The manager and the cashier told me that they are not gonna give me refund since it's not their fault that they had urgent issues to discuss, and my coffee will be ready in a minute. But by that time I really needed to go so I had to leave. Very confusing. The store was empty, why was it a problem((( No coffee, no money back, just wasted half an hour waiting...

in all my years of dining at the franchise known as dunkin’ donuts i have never had such a great experience. the cashiers knew exactly what i meant when i ordered the most delicious strawberry coconut refresher & bacon, egg and cheese croissant. my friend’s sourdough breakfast sandwich was immaculate. i have never had such a mouth-watering, toe-curling, foaming at the mouth experience. i ate that food up as fast as possible. i was scarfing it down with the most sanitized table. thank you for this experience. it was a memorable time. i have never once experienced this and i will forever...
