I’ve had two horribl experiences lately at this particular JJS. A month ago I ordered delivery online and I waited over an hour until I decided to call them and ask where my order was I called over and over and nobody answered for like 15 min and then somebody from there called me back and told me they didn’t have a delivery driver that night and I said well why did you wait an hour to tell me that you didn’t have a delivery driver? So finally, I had my bf pick it up because he was already out and about by this time on his way home. This time I ordered delivery online again because I have Covid and can’t leave the apt, once again I wait about an hour and no delivery still. I call over and over and no answer until they finally answer after like the 10th time and they tell me they delivered it already. They said they put it on the patio which I said leave at apt 3 considering I have covid and it’s not on the patio either. So they delivered it to the wrong address and I had to wait even longer for them to remake it and deliver it once again. So almost an hour and a half for this . F JJS...
Read moreI love Jimmy John's. Food is always good, been a customer since 2019. This location though has repeatedly let me down. I have ordered from it around 8 or 9 times since moving to this area. Everytime I do though, something is ALWAYS wrong. My sandwiches are either incorrect or missing. The last time I ordered, they messed up my sandwiches to the point that it wasn't even close. I called and the store and spoke to the manager He comped my order which was cool, and gave me free sandwiches to what I ordered the next day, but they were wrong again. Twice in a row on the same order, and it was wrong. I just ordered now and this ones silly to complain about, but they forgot my chips. Yes it's like a 2 dollar bag of chips, but it's the principle at this point. I shouldn't have to call back for a delivery order to get what I need.....everytime. I paid and tipped 20%. This is getting ridiculous at this point and I'm going to start going to the store in person to make sure I get everything I ordered. I have no complaints other then that. Just very...
Read moreMy family and I order Jimmy John’s quite often, as we are huge fans! Tonight after receiving our order, we noticed our dipping sauce containers (that we paid for) weren’t even half full with sauce, so my wife called to speak with them about it. She spoke with a “manager” named Cory - who was extremely rude to her and then hung up on her. I, myself, then called back to ask for his name and he happened to answer yet again. He told me, but did so with an attitude and then proceeded to ask me MY name. After I answered he then hung up on me! I called BACK a third time and spoke with another manager (female) on duty, who explained to me that it was corporate policy that they are not allowed to fill the cups completely. She went on further to say that the cups weren’t half full, nor were they completely full. A good lesson in CUSTOMER SERVICE can be learned here... You can’t be rude to your customers Cory!! I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this matter as nothing...
