Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Waterville

Let me start by saying I am a waitress, and understand the job duties and would NEVER complain, let alone go out of my way to write a terrible review. But let's give credit (or lack there of) when necessary. Jessie was our waitresses name. I dined with my husband and our 3 children. Aged 10, 4 and 3. We were crammed into a tiny both. Let me remind you there was 1 other party in the whole place. We were not offered crayons, which I noticed as I sat down and watched her give another table with children the same age as mine crayons. Fine. I let that go. She sat us at this table very well knowing that we couldnt comfortably eat with all of our food on the table as well as drinks. Im sorry but my 3 year old could tell we couldnt all fit. She was VERY rude and short. Sometimes people have bad days, I also get that. But I have never seen this pizza hut with more than 5 parties at once. At least be nice to the people coming in. Id say thats fair. When our dinner arrived it waa thrown on the table, wheverever she could make it fit without removing anything extra like trash on the table. Again im a waitress, I know how it all works. We overheard the party of 5 next to us (also with kids) say that the juice they recieved was expired. Jessie continued to blame the Pepsi company for delivering it yesterday already exspired. I call bs. So that made me super excited to eat my dinner. Then another woman with the same party said she was unable to get lettuce from the salad bar because it was moldy. The lettuce only was removed. I can bet more than the lettuce was past edible. Jessie didnt apologize, they were just another inconvenience in her very busy time with us and this other party. I cant roll my eyes enough. The food tasted good, but im waiting to die to be honest. Upon leaving my husband GOES UP to the counter to get boxes and ask for the check. We are given 2 tiny boxes to fit almost 2 pizzas and breadsticks in. Cool, I love this game. Jessie proceeded to put her finger up in my husbands face and say shed get with him when she can. Now were not needy, rude or anything. Trust me, working in the industry I dont wanna deal with dumb people either. But this lady has zero respect for anything or anyone. Never in my life have I ever seen a waitress put a finger in someone's face and say I'll be with you when I can. She then stood over my husband while he filled out the slip so he felt obligated to leave some tip. 5$ for 55$ worth of 2 sodas 2 chocolate milks, a water 2 pizzas and an order of breadsticks. I most certainly will be finding a corporate email or phone number. If no one there said we shouldnt serve modly and expired drinks than they sure as he'll should not be open. Someone's going to get sick. Please save yourself from the agitation of dealing with jessie and the other incompetent employess of KMD pizza hut. Hopefully we live to...

Once thought this Pizza Hut in particular afforded great food and service. Well, yesterday's interaction changed that for me . Called to place an order , was put on hold , ended up disconnected...no worries . Called back. Placed my order once more , told it would be 20 to 25 mins. Waited , arrived to be told , that my order was giving g to someone else? I questioned this, as to how do you give someone else's order away? The reply which I received was, sorry , it happens , but and I quote " you can have this pizza and 1/2 of the breadsticks you ordered and maybe a credit for next time ....so you're going to give someone else's order to me , as you gave mine to another . Unexceptable . I wasn't happy with my service today , what makes you think that I would want to come back ?? Roxanne ( probably gave me the wrong name) explained very matter of factly , that she runs the register, cooks , takes orders and so on , I replied if the pressure is to much ,perhaps another job might be a better fit for her , she told me her job isn't the issue, it's rude people such as myself, who don't "get it" , she has work , understaffed, multiple task , home , etc etc , blah blah blah . So by then the manager offers to remake my order ,be about another ²25 minutes. Sorry but my time is valuable and don't really want to wait around any longer , the manager then explains, well have a good day . Really??I in response told her and her lovely ( not) staff , again not an ideal way to handle a situation but politely, and you as well . Roxanne than tells me ,I am the most rudest person to walk the face of the earth , couldn't help myself but replied ,maybe therapy could help her to handle situations a little ( lot) better , she told me to look in the mirror, I replied I have , that's how I know therapy could help her , got the middle finger as a wave goodbye, took the head managers number , left him Chris a message, to thus day , no reply ,no pizza . Not saying their food isn't good , but customer service could use a...

Should be 0 stars, they call it pizza but it's not. They frequently leave part of the order out, and have disappointed us so many times that this last time was the last straw, we won't be back. Decided to give the big New Yorker a try and my self I wanted wings. We did not get the wings but sure did get the half dozen sauces I ordered for them. For some reason the wings were not even part of the order so I wasn't charged. Go figure huh, then the apple pies I did pay for but they didn't make the trip. But I digress I came to talk about the pizza called a pizza the big New Yorker. What they called extra pepperoni was average at best, but the most amazing thing was somehow they cut it and put it in a box without cooking it. They did run it thru the oven but the dough was raw, so raw it would stretch more then the cheese. So raw it was white on the bottom with NO browning at all. It was so raw the cheese was not even melted enough to make the shreds melt together, you literally could see the individual shreds of cheese. I tried one slice and it was dough and soft cheese, it all went in the trash and I had to get Wendy's for everyone after spending about 60 bucks plus tip. Oh and tips are now suggested at the rates of 18/20/25% what happened to 10/15/20% ? At the prices it looks like they are covering well over the "tipped" wage so why do they expect tips? Pay your people the tip system is over. AND STOP CALLING THIS ABOMINATION PIZZA its not and you need to change the name...
