Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Waukee

There are currently three other coffee establishments within blocks of this Caribou location. You can see one as you are in the drive through. I am a loyal customer at this specific location because of the fabulous staff. Shelby and her entire staff are amazing. Their customer service is top tier and they call me and my puppy by name. This place use to have such a good vibe!!! I loved coming in here with my kids and their friends, the atmosphere was great the workers were friendly. Now!!!! Nope!!! Not so much anymore this place has gone down hill quite a bit! The management that use to be here drove everyone good off, this manger use to talk bad about their employees to other employees and customers! Instead of punishing this person HR thought it would be a good idea to give them a promotion to work higher up in the company! Shame on you...

Every time I come here they always get my order wrong... For health reasons I can’t have sugar, so I always ask for them to make my drink sugar free. Even at the window I’ll ask “this is sugar free, right?” And they’ll say yes. But every time it’s cloyingly sweet and I can never finish my drink... Plus half my cup is filled with whipped cream which I don’t ask for. I feel I payed too much...
