A friend and I went to to Culver’s in Waukee for a late lunch i’m gonna start by saying I can tell our food was made to order because it was hot but our meal had no flavor. It was very much so bland. Our fries didn’t have any seasoning on them. I went to the car wash debating if I wanted to call them to let them know because we spent a lot of money so eventually, I decided to call to let her know the manager wanted me to bring the food back because she wanted to show her new cook. I proceeded to tell the manager is not the presentation. It was the taste, she was being very difficult of understanding. I let her know that we was at the car wash and I have already put the rested of food that we did not eat into the trash can. And since the car wash was close by the restaurant, she said she wanted to come over and get it out the trash because it’s important for her to show her cook. I told the manager We ate some of the food and due to lack of taste, we didn’t finish it so it wouldn’t be wise for her to go in the trash to get the food because it’s been eating on. And it’s not sanitary to take food that’s been eaten on and already in the trash back to her restaurant. At this point in our conversation, I’m feeling not understood so I told her feel free to come get the food out the trash and reimburse me my money by the time I left the car wash, she still haven’t arrived to get the food and I wasn’t about to dig my hand in the trashcan to get it for her to take it but trust me I really wanted to just to see her reaction my ticket number was 152. I called corporate and made a complaint Will not be returning back to this location and by the way, I called to see if she ever went back to get the food so I can ask for my money back. Read moreI love coming here, but the last handful of times I did it wasn’t so good experience. Tonight I ordered food and when they brought it to car I noticed it was wrong and told the guy, what it was suppose to be, he went back inside to get it started no problem Manager/ soemone else came out to confirm the change and collect more money since it was more, and I said it nice slow and 3x because he kept missing out items, came back with card and the item and it was still wrong! I gave up and just took whatever at this point although I will probably not eat it. Read moreHad to repeatedly ask the guy taking my order to put Swiss on my sandwich. It seemed like he was ignoring my request. He finally got it. Then, the lady taking my money was yelling at her coworker behind her about screwing orders up. I then had to wait while all the cars around me got their food! An employee then approached me to ask me what my order was, I think thats what she was asking me, because she didn't speak much English. She kept asking me questions in Spanish and didn't appear to try and speak much English to me. I feel this is very bad customer service.
