Slow service. When you walk in this place nobody greets you, there no signs indicating if you should wait to be seated or seat yourself. After we found ourselves a table, It took the waitress about 5 minutes to get us our menus during this whole time they were just ignoring us and there were only other two tables occupied and it seems like the waitress was taking her sweet time bringing the food. When she finally got to our table she almost sounded like she was doing us a favor on taking our orders. No courtesy or manners. We ordered orchatas and we got white water with tons of sugar instead and no complimentary chips and salsa. I ordered the carne asada and I wasn't even asked how do I want it cooked. They butterflied the meat to make it look like a big portion but I ended up with a paper thin, overcooked and dry piece of meat. The rice it came with it had no flavor and it looked like it's been seating there for awhile, the refried beans and tortillas were ok. My wife ordered tacos and the meat looked like ground beef and not very tasteful. By the end of our meal we just wanted to get out of there, after I got my check I just when to pay at the counter and the waitress was too busy on her phone to noticed my presence, there was a guy behind the counter who noticed me and call to her attention. Couldn’t leave a review on Uber Eats so I am doing a review here. I sit down and open my bag of food, I ordered two steak tacos, one chorizo taco, and one barbacoa taco. They gave me three little cups of salsa, all of them only half way filled. I used one cup per taco with no salsa being put on the chorizo taco. I tried the rice first, there were crunchy bits and soft spots, nothing was warm though. I was disappointed with receiving old rice, and then I ate the tacos. The steak was delicious, the corn tortilla was not though. The combination of the salsa, corn tortilla, and steak was overall perfectly fine. The chorizo taco had no flavor to it, a tube of Walmart chorizo has a infinitely greater flavor profile than this taco did. I can’t even say the taco tasted bad, it simply tasted like nothing. The barbacoa taco was very moist, which made the tortilla so much better. But yet again, the taco had no flavor to it. The entire meal tasted like no salt was used at all, or any seasoning for that matter. My personal rating is 25 out of 100, the steak was excellent but none of the tortillas were cooked through and everything including the day old rice was not hot or even warm. I imagine the food is of a much higher quality served inside the restaurant when it’s hot, but that is no excuse for the blandness...

RUDE STAFF DRY FOOD

I ordered online because I wasn’t feeling too good and didn’t want to have to wait. Was extremely happy that out in the drive thru so I wouldn’t have to get it my car but to my disappointment I arrived no one was in the drive thru so I’m thinking great. I get to the intercom and say pick up order the lady starts speaking in Spanish, I say pick up order again, then English please. Still speak Spanish, So I drive to the window to show my order and try to explain. 10 minutes I sat there with no person coming to the window.( I’m still the only one in line) so I call the restaurant in my cell and ask to speak with someone who speaks English they get someone, I say hello I’m at the drive thru window picking up for and give her my name, she then tells my food you order from the drive thru I say no online, then you have to come in. So I then go into the store and show the lady my phone. She then tells me I speak English and I told you you have to come inside very rudely. I say politely I didn’t understand you and she points to my bags and walks a way. The staff is extremely rude. Note I get home and my food steak tacos and burritos are dry, they added sour cream, St least I pray that’s what it was and I didn’t ask for that. I will never return to...
