Dunkin' — Restaurant in Waukegan

Wish I could rate the food at this particular Dunkin but I never got to try it even though my mobile app order went through over an hour before I specified when I would pick it up through the drive thru. After waiting in line for ten minutes, I had to learn they had no idea about the order, despite me having paid the $22.60 and despite me having a mobile order number. Unfortunately I couldn't wait to handle it because I had to report to my last day of jury duty and I was already running behind. I had told people I was bringing in donuts for our last day so it was really disappointing to show up donutless. Plus I didn't eat breakfast because I thought I was going to be picking up breakfast. Try sitting in jury duty hungry. Thankfully I had a chance to get a granola bar and a coffee at the courthouse but I was still starving. I decided to just cancel the charge with my bank because after thinking about it, maybe not eating their food was a blessing in disguise. Through the drive thru window I had the opportunity to see a little bit inside this particular Dunkin and it looked dirty. The employees were dancing around to loud music and singing while conversing with each other. Which probably explains why it's dirty and why they aren't fulfilling orders properly - because they are playing more than working. Good morning! I went to the store 6.28.25. First if all they act like they didn't want to serve me. I asked for a medium ice coffee decaf. 3 cream and 1 butter pecan. I got medium ice coffee original blend. When I told the cashier my order was wrong, she's going to tell me that's what I order. I politely asked a refund. Again they act like they didn't want to serve me. I asked the cashier for the manager. And for the life of me, why is the manager working the drive thru window? Anyway the manager wanted to remake my order....Nope I didn't want them to remake my order. I just wanted a refund. The Haifa snatched the receipt out of my hand. Wth!!!! Not professional at all! Garbage at the front door when you walk in the place. Front end doesn't look cleaned at all. The store just nasty!!!!! I hope no one from OSA Or the health department walks in. They got my order wrong. I ordered a Sabrina strawberry drink and they gave me a strawberry dragonfruit drink and I told them that it was wrong. They took my drink and saw her adding something and stirred my drink and gave me back the same drink. Came back inside to tell them to just give me my money back because the lady couldn't understand their own drink and she gave me attitude and told me that the drink i had ordered was more expensive and I proceeded to tell her that it was okay at this point give me my money back and she gave me attitude. After I told her to give me my money she took the drink threw it away and made the original drink I had ordered but completely ignored that I didn't want a drink from them anymore! I am just concerned that they are tampering with the drinks after they mess up and blame us for not "ordering right" please stay away from...
