Ok. I cannot understand how one Cousins location is so different from one another. COUSINS you slide along and now you are sliding...this particular Cousins had an outstanding front counter person...but that's were good ended...watching the new staff attempt to effectively build a sub and fill an order painful. They looked pressured...and they failed. My mini sub had liitle pieces of meat, one piece of cheese with lettuce and tomatoes...the food looked like it wanted to jump out of the sandwich...cmon ...you can no longer be my Cousin. The great suprise of the drive thru was an excellent touch! Gave em my name and within minutes this fantastic sandwich was in my hands. I was almost on my way. After the slight disappointment over not getting my drink, I waited patiently... she promptly came back to my window and before I could even say a word she asked what I wanted. "Sprite, please" I replyed. It was the night before Christmas Eve and I was excited for my sandwich. Now I'm cruising down the road, fabulous smells are filling my warm vehicle. My pup and I book it up the stairs to unwrap this fantastic piece of deliciousness. And. Theres. No. Bacon.
Read moreSeriously disappointed. My husband and I have been cousins goers for years now and even craved it when we moved out of state for a year. But this time we went, we were extremely disappointed with the portions of meat that they are now serving. I'm sure it's not just this location, and cousins all over, but my husband ordered a cheese steak and it came with about half as much meat as it usually does. He notified the employee working there and said he could make him a new one. So he did, and it came out with exactly as much meat as the first. It was barely enough to just to fill the crease of the bun. Normally he eats one and is full, this time he ate both and was full. It's frustrating when these chains start cutting back and becoming more cheap because then they start losing customers. We will now pick a different sub place to visit when we are in the mood for a sub because the small portions are just not worth the...
