The new Covid-19 system is very poor, at a different location, food was left inside by the door on a specific table categorized alphabetically. Allowing customers to easily walk in, grab their food, and exit. Here, there was a single (not labeled) table inside at the front door which we thought our food would be placed, it was not, and we realized that after waiting 20+ minutes. Most of the customers inside didn't wear a mask, which was very disappointing, though its hard to encourage everyone to wear a mask. I understand that it was probably very busy for the workers in there, but I wish we didn't have to stand in a building for a half hour surrounded by people without masks. Turns out, the computer never printed out or order and they hadn't started it at all. And then ended up giving us the wrong thing.. So instead of giving us orange chicken over fried rice, we got gravy, steak and veggies over white rice. And they gave us a tiny container of orange chicken, which was nowhere near the amount in a bowl after we tried to correct our order. We ended up just taking the container and leaving unhappily, the staff was sooo backed up and we felt bad for them, but things just needed to be more organized. The food was okay, just not what we ordered, even after waiting 45+ minutes for a aprox. 6 minute meal.. extremely disappointed. We were also very surprised how all the food was mostly frozen, meat, chow mein noodles, everything. All frozen and reheated, which explained why every once in a while their meat would taste hard, or dry, or awful and why some broccoli would look better than others.

Read moreWas super excited to have a Panda so close to my house, however out of the 3 times we've gone through the drive through, they've messed up my order 2x. The receipt is correct, however they give us different entrees than ordered, and obviously we don't often find out until we already back home. I ordered 2 chicken entrees and received beef for one of them. Very frustrating.
May, 2019 Have to update as we tried take out again today. Husband ordered both our orders, they told him they were out of fried rice so he waited. When we got our food, both orders were IDENTICAL (not what we ordered) and neither had fried rice as ordered and he waited for. On top of that, they asked if he wanted his teriyaki sauce on the chicken or on the side. He said on the side and he didn't end up getting any sauce. Didn't get sweet and sour with our eggroll, after they asked if we would like some. He did check the order prior to leaving this time, but missed the teriyaki and sweet and sour until we got home. And realized they gave us the wrong...
Read morePhoto of cold, gummy walnut shrimp dumped onto plate. It stayed in the box shape. Sauce was congelling. Normal fresh warm Chinese food would fall and not make you sick! Today was my 1st and last time ever ordering Panda. We ordered the family meal. Not just one, but all five items were bad. Even with allowing the little drive, I have to get it home. it was cold, gummy, dry, and stuck together. It was as if packaged immediately and sitting waiting. It definitely looked like leftovers Chinese, not from today. if it was today, it was from quite earlier. But the biggest problem is, We have been ill ever since eating it. We didn't eat much and tossed the rest. it is definitely this food. I am on my 3rd trip to as we are calling it now as we run to the restroom... panda poo. I will never go again. I usually give a place a few tries if issues as everyone can have an off day, but not only when the food is terrible but we get sick from the food too... not...
