Been ordering toppers for years now. Appreciate that they have vegan options, but my most recent experience has me reconsidering ever ordering again I placed a large order for a third shift crew working weekend overtime. Order was placed a few minutes after midnight for a 1am(lunch break) scheduled delivery. By 12:40 the order tracker showed that they had not even started making, let alone baking, or delivering. By 1am the tracker showed the same, attempted to call the "store" and was sent to a call center, they then attempted to redirect me to the actual store which after waiting 20 minutes on hold for no one to answer i had to return to work as break time was over. 2am was the same, no moment on order tracker, called, sat on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. By 3am the store had closed and still no food or communication, yet my card was still charged for the full amount, including delivery fee and driver tip... I went to the website and filled out the "contact us" form to explain the situation, I waited 2 days and did not get a response. Filled out a second form and it's been 24 hours and still no response. As I said I work third shift so I have very little time to contact the store via conventional means and I sure don't have time to sit on hold for an hour hoping that maybe someone will pick up the phone. Read moreI ordered Topersticks on line at this toppers today to be "curbside". The order was for 24 and ranch and marinara dipping sauces with the sticks. I also paid on line with a tip of 12%. I arrived in a space in front of the store about 4:30 P.M. and texted as directed "here" and received response "will be out with your order when ready" on my phone. I waited till about 4:50 and then went in. No One seemed to know anything about my order and a gentleman either attempted to look me up on the computer or was not able to. He asked how many I wanted( it was on my visa which he didnt know about?). I told him I wanted 24 and did not say anything about dipping sauces as I wrongly assumed it was on my paid for order. I told him I would be outside in my car waiting. I waited 15 minutes till about 5:10 and went in. They were done on the rack and they gave them to me. (the rack with product was empty when I first went in at 4:45) There was no dipping sauce but the breadsticks were good. From all outward appearences of my experience it appears none of the employees seemed to know why I was there and do not do curbside service. We had coupons built up from nice delivery guys from my son’s past apartment n from u.s. mail n from nice delivery guys we didn’t ask for. I started to use them, my son gave me his cause he was always here anyway. Pretty soon a very angry mgr came on phone n started screaming at me if I didn’t like their food go some other place! I was astonished. We order so much of everything, toppers was making a lot of $ on us Tons of food. She didn’t believe me. This is at grand view, think her name is Renee I told her fine if she felt that way. They had made many mistakes n we never called. Pretty soon I insisted on checking the pizza before they left. We also tip very well. Now we order from a new place n love it n would never have tried it if not for her yelling at me. My son order 1 pizza from u since this happened. Your mgr needs to learn customer skills n not to assume. U have lost a ton of $ from us but I’m sure u don’t care. We would have kept ordering even if no coupons.
