The Grandview Starbucks store is a horrible place to go. I do not recommend this location. I asked for a Cold Brew and was told they did not have Cold Brew. Whaaat? There was no apology and no offer for a complimentary replacement drink - this is unacceptable and very poor customer service.
We went to our usual Starbucks - the Sussex location - only 9-miles away. Should have gone there in the first place.
The Sussex location has never been out of Cold Brew - and my wife received a complimentary replacement drink when they were out of her usual drink - very good customer service - much better than the Grandview location.
I do not recommend the Grandview Starbucks location; poor customer service; no attempting to help the customer.
I will never go to the Grandview Starbucks and I will tell everyone not to use the Grandview location for bad service.

I’ve gone there 15 minutes after open and all the staff is so kind and patient. Today when I went in, I went in around a shift change and every staff member that was leaving said bye to the team and they all exchanged positive words such as great job today! And when all the staff left I could see how amazing the environment was and how much they are truly a team. I love going there because the staff is absolutely wonderful especially in the midst of a pandemic they have the best customer service I have ever seen and the way they acted with the shift change was an environment anyone would love to be in. Read moreVery poor customer service!!! The first beverage out of 2 was done almost 20 minutes before they even started the 2nd one. They made 3 other orders before they completed ours. They seemed to have no organization and they seemed to move drive through before in shop customers which makes no sense with the pandemic conditions.....wouldn't it make more sense to get people who are in the store in and out as fast as possible to eliminate exposure for everyone?
