Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Waukesha

I ordered almost $200 worth of food in a catering order for a party. I requested all toppings and oil and vinegar on the side. When I went to pick of the order, they gave me 2 sealed boxes so I assumed the subs and everything were in the boxes. Unfortunately, it was just the topping-less subs with no veggie nor condiments. At all. I called, the person I spoke to didn’t seem to care and said he would relay the message and someone would get back to me. He hung up without getting my info. I had to call him back to give it to him. No response since then. I had even gotten a call earlier in the day on the day I went to pick it up from a general manager or something to clear up some confusion. I called that number and left a message. No response since. Walked in to the main street one tonight clearly it was busy because they were filling online orders and there was about 10 customers inside thought nothing of it at first got in line they took the guys order in front of me so i figured i was next but instead i stood there without anyone saying a word to me not even, "we will be right with you" nothing for almost 10 mins as i just stood there watching them fill orders there was 6 employees there at the time also during my waiting a guy got frustrated and they told they would make his sandwich on the fly aka right away. I finally got fed up with waiting i told the guy slicing meat and cheese the whole time i stood there that maybe he should take people orders that are actually in the store and walked out very frustrating cause i really love the subs here they need a...

Stopped in thinking my girlfriend and I would grab something quick on our way home. Three people in line in front of us and two employees just watching the one work. We hear them say they are almost out of bread while the three other people were still in front of us. We finally make it to the toppings section and they are out of just about everything. No lettuce and no tomatoes. My girlfriend got a veggie sub which when we left was bread, cheese and some pickles. Mine was pretty much all meat and no fixings as well. My sub was supposed to come with bacon but they were out of that too. We were charged for two full subs and left with half of what we paid for. Waste of 20 minutes and money.
