Absolutely ridiculous that they hadnât begun making my sandwich until I got into the store (25 minutes after I placed my order) and even then I waited another 5 minutes prior to being attended to. And there was only one other customer, already eating his sandwich. This is the second time Iâve been to this location, and the second time Iâve had synonymous snail-paced service like this, and it is the last time I will be visiting this location. It was even provided in the online notes.. Then my #12 was supposed to be cut in half with xtra tomato. it came with no tomatoes and wasn't cut in half. I went back to get the xtra tomato on the #12 and since i was there make sure they cut it in half. The cashier did apologize, they remade it. But the cashier had to correct him through the entire sandwich making process, and the guy just hands me a new sandwich (after taking the wrong one back) and says there you go. No compensation for the mistake on their part and relatively no concern for the mistakes they make. I'll stick with the Stallis location...

I pull out my phone to double check the order and a girl looks at me and says with an attitude everything's there. Like I was bothering them and me spending my hard earn money here meant nothing. After driving about three blocks away from the location, I realize I didn't get my beverages. That's why I was double-checking my order but I felt so hurried I forgot them. Mind you, when I walked into the store everybody was sitting in Booth playing on their phones. As a general manager of a restaurant since they had nothing going on, I feel they should be super happy that I walked in the door. Very disappointed with the way I was treated today.
