La Promesa Food Truck — Restaurant in Waukesha

Stopped in today to finally try them and what a cool experience..... You go into the bus to place your order which was a great experience from the atmosphere, the owner who greeted us right away and the other patrons who had nothing but wonderful things to say! Ok, now onto the food.... We got 2 of the specials which was the macaroni salad, rice and pernil. We also got some sweet plantains(my most favorite always) and the alcapuria(plantain w ground beef inside). It was all so good! We can't wait to go back to try some of the other dishes and I am so happy I finally tried them. Great job, you have yourself a great product and we wish you the best in your business and I will be sure to pass your cards...

Come here!!! It’s in front of a church, and is a red school bus. Carne frita con chimi y tostones-pork was seasoned to perfection, plantains are always a excellent side to have! Rellenos de papa-amazing!! Perfectly done!! No matter what order these!!!
