They close early then HIDE from you! Are you kidding me!?
(This is my first time going to McDonald's in about 6 months.)
Google reviews says they are open till 12 on Sundays. I come exactly at 11PM- an hour before close (fair enough) and everything is off! The drivethru lights, and most of the inside store. I see a person still walking around in white as I drive off. AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSE?
This was Sunday 11/25/18 at 11PM in case you need to know who you should fire.
I go to the McDonald's on Moreland who are still open who tell me Main street should still be open and they've are also being told they are closing early and hiding from customers.
I wanted McMuffins at 11PM; which Moreland didn't have them. (Why tell customers all day breakfast if its not available until close) Egg frier issues apparently.
I go back to Main St at 11:30PM (lol) And literally sit in the dark drivethru for 5 minutes. Speaking to the speaker with no response, saying things like
"Hey Moreland says your still open."
(5 Minutes later) "Alright well your store manager will hear about this. Remember to flush!"
They think because a discreet gas station conceals them and that they are off a main road they can pull this kind of garbage.
This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! This location is closer to me and the roads were slippery and dangerous. I bet they even had a working egg frier to make my McMuffins.
HOW is this even still happening after it already being reported and known by other stores? Scroll down Reviewer Kristin experienced the same thing 9 months ago. HELLO!!!? Who is managing this location?
This would never happen in Milwaukee, not even the hood. ONLY in white privilege Waukesha! I think its time to...
Read moreMy order was simple: two large chocolate shakes. I was able to place my order almost immediately, but once I did the line didn't move for about 10 minutes.
When I finally arrived at the window, I came face-to-face with an unkempt male employee who had decided that he didn't need to wear a mask. Without greeting me or even saying a word, he handed me a small paper bag which certainly did not contain my two chocolate shakes.
I explained that we had ordered two chocolate shakes, and his curt, irritated reply was "WHAT"? I explained again, and he grabbed the bag back and threw it into a corner. He then turned back to his register and angrily began pounding on it with his fist, muttering under his breath.
He eventually realized that the shakes were already made and waiting about two feet away. He handed them to me without a word.
I'm not accustomed to good service at McDonald's, but I have to say I've never seen a display like this at McDonald's or anywhere else in my entire life. An employee handling food who doesn't feel he needs a mask, and doesn't see anything wrong with having a tantrum in front of a customer, should...

Waited at the speaker for 11 minutes without acknowledgment.
There was one car at the drive thru window. After waiting I finally asked the speaker if they wanted to do business or did they just want me to go some place else.
Man child with curly unkempt hair (seen on drive past the window) told me they were too busy to talk.
No sorry No can you wait No note of sympathy.
Just go away.
I am very tired of being treated poorly at McDonald's locations being operated by children.
This, however, is a new level of customer disinterest.
I wonder if everyone who has been treated poorly at a McDonald restaurant decided to pretend that this one does not exist and took their money anywhere else what would happen?
Perhaps the manager at this store would get fired and a new one would take his or her place. Perhaps a new manager would remember that it is more expensive to get new customers than to keep old customers.
DO NOT GO TO THIS McDONALDS. LET'S MAKE A EXAMPLE OF THEM. MAKE THE OTHERS SIT UP AND TAKE NOTICE OF THE CONSEQUENCES OF...
