Papa Murphy's - Pewaukee — Restaurant in Waukesha

Ok as a former employee, I need to come back and write a completely new review in order to compensate for the damages that my previous review caused. It was based on my beliefs and not facts. (See review below). I'd like to deeply apologize for the misrepresentation of this company and all parties involved. Including the General Manager, who's reputation was ultimately tarnished if not destroyed by my review. Again I say. My previous review was based on thoughts and beliefs which I fortunatly, was able to find our later on were vicious rumors started by one, and continued by me. I wish I was able to delete it, however I cannot remember the Google info related to that particular review. I hope this will get to the appropriate people as I know now that these rumors are not true. Please know that I ultimately had a very pleasent working experience at this establisment. The gm was kind and considerate when I needed him to be most. Having recently lost my daughter, he was willing to alot me whatever time off I needed and them some, Reguardless of how much he needed me there. TROY, I DO APOLOGIZE, from the bottom of my heart. And I hope u can forgive The service here has always been that of an outstanding pizza place. I'm proud to have been an employee here and I know they work hard to ensure that all the customers are given quality products and service. Please pay no attention to the review below this. And please hear my apologies if I have swayed your choice in utilizing this store....

Terrible customer service!!!! I ordered 13 pizzas for my sons b-day party 2 days before the party and when I arrived to pick them up at my scheduled time they said they didn't have time to make them! I asked why they didn't call me and they said they didn't know. This was the shift manager! I then went on to ask how I get in touch with the owner as the shift manager was of no help and completely rude. He yelled at me and said "I'm not giving you the owners home phone number!!!" I left my number for him to give the owner. To my surprise the owner called and apologized.... However, he said he would send me some coupons in the mail for my inconvenience. It's been almost 2 months now and still no coupons!!!! The owner and staff could not care less about their customers. My advice... Go...

The young lady working the register at this location is a treat, i.e. not friendly with a bratty attitude. I've been there twice within a week the first time was during national Pi Day and when I inquired about a sale that was going on (ads in USA today and in Madison) there was a non pleasant remark that there was not and it did not apply to this location. Which was fine but it was how it was responded to. I got the pizza and it was great. Today I ordered over the phone and went in and they didn't have my order, no record. Again not a big deal but it was the way she handled it. Pissed me off. This time just walked out went across the street to Metro Market. "if they act like they can live without your business, help...
