Great food, good service. I've never been unhappy with my menu choice here.

They're serving breakfast now and thought I'd go in and see what they have on offer. Visions of huevos rancheros and the chilequiles and the like danced in my head. When I beheld the menu though, all the options were like standard American breakfast fare. Like ok, but there is a dennys and spring city on the corner and they have american breakfast already and how can you not even have a couple cultural staples on the menu. Seriously breakfast burrito was as close as it got.

Anyways I ordered from the lunch menu cause i didn't stop at my favorite Mexican place for American food. I got tacos. Steak tacos with corn tortillas and cilantro and onion and it was delicious! Thanks for your time.

Friendly wait staff, good atmosphere, and good food with authentic flavors. The steak enchiladas are a definite favorite. The portions are a decent size. Most dishes are served with good helpings of rice and refried beans. The restaurant also has a really nice room for groups - I was actually here as part of a work event, and there was plenty of seating for the whole team. A number of my colleagues are vegetarians, and Plaza Garibaldi has adequate vegetarian options. While reading through the menu, I noticed they had a couple of burgers as well, so you definitely have a variety of options at this restaurant. Pricing is okay - a lot of menu items are in the $7-$9 range, with some things costing less and others more. It's really not a bad place at all. It's quite good, actually! We went for taco Tuesday. We waited 45 minutes to get 5 tacos. In the meantime 1 water was brought when 2 were ordered, after asking for them twice. When we ran out of salsa we asked for more and didn't get it. I finished my blah margarita and when the waitstaff took the glass away they didn't ask if I wanted another so I had to wait to ask for it until out tacos were delivered. After waiting so long we only received 4 tacos instead of 5 and only extra sour cream for 1 not both as we'd ordered. They were also tiny. I understand they were only $1.25 each but Curley's on Pewaukee lake and Boomer's on Cty M (even better) are so much better!
