Starbucks — Restaurant in Waukesha

Carly (shift lead), Cassy (on register) and Natalie (on bar) were so so so kind to me on Wednesday March 22nd 2023. They recommended a blonde oat milk latte with raspberry and vanilla, I never would have tried it, but it tasted like literal HAPPINESS in a hot beverage. I have never been treated so kindly as these three women did for me, they picked up on what I needed that day. I wish nothing but the best for these women, and their whole team. They are running a beautiful store with the kindest souls. I worked at Starbucks 10 years ago and it's hard to go back but they might have regained my trust in the brand knowing folks like them are...

Again hand sanitizing is not in forced. They go from the back right to touching the register n cups without cleaning their hands, no hair nets, ling hair being flung around aprons n visors being removed n set near food etc just all out nasty. I'll go back to making my Starbucks at home. I don't care if it's here at target, Barnes and noble or any of these not really run by Starbucks they should still have the same standards. The one at Mayfair is also nasty with fruit flies all over the bakery case same as the one at Meijer in waukesha. Corporate please do something before...

Today I ordered 2 drinks. One of them was a venti iced americano with 4 pumps of vanilla. As I was watching the barista make my drink, I did not see her put the vanilla pumps in. She put the drink on the counter quickly, no thank you. I asked her if the vanilla was added, she answered yes and she was turned around. Very rude and not the starbucks normal good service. I unfortunately believed her and when I got to the car, no vanilla in the drink. I am a starbies lover but that was rude and I will never go to that...
