Extremely happy! - met with Alex and got a great price on a 2023 LG Washtower in the color we wanted. We looked around at a couple other places, including scratch and dent models at Home Depot, Best Buy, and Cloud Recyclers. Appliances 4 less beat them all by over $100 if not closer to $200-$300 in some cases. They were very nice throughout the process, and even got to meet Marty the cat which was a nice touch! I love that cat! 4 year warranty was also extremely reasonable ($69). Bought on a Saturday, and called Quan (independent delivery guy) right away that same day to schedule delivery. Quan and another guy brought it on Monday! So we did not have to wait so long like other places! The delivery guys were super nice and professional and they were here EXACTLY when they said they would be, between 12-2. They took out the old crappy broken one and brought in the new one so fast, then set up the new one with the ducting, electrical, hot/cold ETC so we didn't really have to do anything besides open the garage door! So we are super happy - the entire process went very smoothly, much appreciated and will highly recommend...
