Originally ordered back in July 2023. Messed up my pizza and gave us the wrong triple order of Topperstix. We ordered late night close to closing time and called they didn't answer the phone. Understandable. So we called the next night and asked to speak with a manager. We were put on hold for 20 minutes before we were hung up on. Called back again and waited another 15 - 20 minutes and no one answered. At this point now im irritated so I contacted corporate. Chester Ison had emailed me back saying they were going to reimburse me my money plus fix my order. Well this never happened after I emailed back giving my address. I paid cash that time around so there was no way of them paying back the money which was also fine. I just wanted my ordered corrected ! So I waited about a month and still no gift card. So I go back to my email and searched toppers to see that Jeremiah Rosenthal had emailed me. Well I do not use email often so I never seen the email. Again I emailed Jeremiah and I never heard anything from him....
What great customer service you provide. Rather ridiculous! I used to order Toppers often even after many bad experiences. Loved the topperstix but I now refuse to give a dime to this poorly managed franchise! I also do Uber Eats on the side and I refuse to take a delivery from Toppers. I dont know how you survive. Read moreI have ordered from this location several times a week for over a year. I get a discount because I work at a hotel in the area. I often don't order until 2am, and have always been greeted with a smile and pleasantness. When I called this time, a woman answered the phone and there was a lot of sighing, and she tried to charge me regular price, instead of our discount. I will NEVER recommend this place as a delivery option ever again. When my order arrived, the deliver person, a young female, ripped the tag off the box and wrote a "manual CC receipt" because she said the machine didn't print it out (ie she forgot it and didn't want to go back to get it) I sure hope I am not charged like 600$ for this pizza. So after this, I'm like well, its here and I open the box to be greeted with: "Thanks for the LATE busin- (crossed out as if I wasn't considered business) order" with a smiley face. It was written in black magic marker on the inside of the box where my food could touch it. I had reservations, but I ate some of it. I hope I don't die from what ever bodily fluid they decided to put in it. I honestly cant believe these people have jobs, much less in the customer service field. Then I ordered again and was told 45 minutes to an hour. 40 minutes later I get a phone call saying it will be another hour in a half due to being short drivers because of Covid. I called in my order so why didn’t they tell me this then? I was offered half off if I went to pick up the order. I was going to do that until I found out my order had already been sitting for 15 minutes! So, they would’ve delivered pizza that was 2 hours old if I told them to deliver it anyway? If I had picked it up it would be cold then too. I don’t think Covid is an excuse because they can hire more drivers, and when I placed the order they knew then what their staffing was like for the night. We have been ordering from them for years, but not anymore! On a side note, some of the reviews about the employees not wearing masks. I could care less. I’d prefer walking in and NOT seeing masks so my immune system can work properly.
