I ordered 25+ dollars worth of food for work for myself and coworkers for a pick up. I get there and one guy tells me they didn’t have an order for pickup. I explained to them I ordered it the day before online and I have the confirmation email. He again said nope don’t have anything. Another woman employee grabs the order sheet that was printed from my order that was hanging and gives it to him! There wasn’t a single person eating in the place, and at least 8 people working, my slip was the only one hanging. I didn’t have time to wait as I picked it up before work. I told them to forget it I don’t have time. When I got to work, I called about two hours later and seen if they would deliver instead and not charge me the delivery fee since they were the ones who screwed up. They refused to deliver my order and said sorry I wish there was something we could do. I told them I will pay I just shouldn’t have to pay delivery charge. Again they refused to admit they screwed up. They also told me the reason they forgot was because the order sheet was printed during their “busy time” and it got...

Ordered a sandwich to be delivered and it had horseradish in it. I’m allergic so I called JJ back and they sent me another one. 30 minutes later, I called them back and they said they delivered it 20 minutes ago and they supposedly knocked and I didn’t answer. This is a go-to stop for us when we are traveling and by far one of my favorite JJ’s locations! Friendly and patient staff! Very helpful! The restaurant itself is always very clean and our order is always correct with the freshest ingredients!
