Cinnabon — Restaurant in Wauwatosa

It’s was so busy and the two ladies were absolutely getting it done 30 minutes before the mall closed the line was at least 20 deep and I patiently waited because I was intrigued by how awesome they were doing I thought for sure by the time it was my turn they would be out, so close to closing time. They don’t have a Cinnabon close to me and I was in Milwaukee for the day and had to stop and get some to take home, but to my surprise it was my turn and the lady pulled out a 4 pack and lathered some frosting on it and she was very pleasant even though they were extremely busy. I sat for over a hour and watched all three female employees do unprofessional things. Enployee #1 took selfies with the food and texted for the majority of the hour. Employee #2 made food but tasted it with her bare fingers TWICE! Lastly the 3rd employee stood around talking to a friend and when done with that went and bought food from a restraunt near by and stood by the register eating it.
