So my sisters and I have been to this kiosk multiple times, and for the majority of visits the service and drinks and been incredible!
But when we came in today, one of the workers had the most awful attitude. I think her name was Peach, but she had glasses with a chain and hair in a bun with the ends dyed a blue. my sister has a gluten allergy, and wanted to know if the Caramel sauce used in a drink had gluten listed in the ingredients. At first it seemed the worker didn’t hear right and just rudely cut her off saying ”it’s a shake, there’s no tea in it”. when we clarified we were asking about the caramel sauce, she sighed and rolled her eyes saying “its caramel. Just caramel.” and kept cutting us off. Caramel sauce is can be made with a binding agent that has wheat, this can severely affects my sisters health, and a quick look at the ingredients list on the bottle right next to her could have answered our question.
Her entire demeanor was annoyed and treating us like we don’t know what we’re talking about concerning my sisters own allergy. Me and my sisters did not engage anymore and just walked away to order from the electronic kiosk. When the worker turned, we see she has her AirPods in and ignoring other customers coming up to the counter in favor of being on their phone until they also move to the electronic kiosk. Though her coworkers were nicer and helpful to other customers they interacted with.

Read moreI went to this restaurant on Sunday March 17th around 4 pm. I ordered a Milk tea with caramel and tapioca. When getting the order and tasting it i found that it tasted terrible. I usually am a picky eater so I thought it was just me but multiple of my friends tried it and said it tasted expired and stale and not like the boba they had ordered. I tried it again and agreed that it did taste like old expired ingredients were used. I didn't go back immediately as I didn't think I could do anything about it so I continued shopping. The boba was full besides the couple sips I took so I three it away since I know that restaurants can't take back food, and then around 5:30 I came back and asked if I could have a refund, I showed them my order number since they didn't give me a receipt and didn't ask if i wanted one. I told them what the issue with the drink was and told them that it was basically full when I threw it away. The blonde who was working rolled her eyes and asked what time I ordered, when I told her it was a couple hours ago she got a harsh attitude and started to tell me that she wouldn't be looking it up in the system since it was "so many hours later". She refused to take accountability for the old ingredients used and sent me off with nothing. I don't know who to contact to get a refund but this is by far the worst place Ive ever...
Read moreI went yesterday and ordered a classic milk tea, i had it before a few times, its good. My favorite is the london fog latte. I received both my drinks and tried them both. London fog good as always but the classic milk tea tasted like milk chocolate. I told my husband taste it, he said yes it does taste like chocolate. I turn back around and I told the new latina girl it taste like chocolate. She said, “we dont use chocolate only in milkshakes. We gave you a classic milk tea”. So I said nothing else to her anymore. Ok so im forced to drink this and i walked away. Ive been a long time customer and this is the first time i get my order with a different taste and drink wasnt replaced. Second, my son is allergic to chocolate. Luckly i didnt offer my son the first sip!! If this drink was givin to my son me trusting it had the right ingredients you would have sent my son to the E.R… Lawsuits are a big thing now in these days. Im giving you a four star because of that girl not handling the situation nor the others who didnt care enough to ask. Second stop shaking the drinks, its annoying to find my drinks and everybody elses drink shaken. Let us see our drinks look exact like the pictures on the screen!! Owner needs to be more around and supervise this place. This is why owners go out of business because they let the employees run the business...
