This was my 3rd and final straw with this establishment. The first time I was going to a funeral and while getting ready ordered food. The food just never showed up because it was delivered to the wrong address. Mistakes happen, so didn’t think anything of it and they provided a credit to my account. A few weeks later I tried to redeem the credit while adding another sub to the order for my wife. The employees were so confused on how to process the order. We got passed around to 3 different workers on the phone and lastly spoke to the manager who promised that it would be processed properly. The order shows and my wife’s sandwich was not with the delivery. My wife was so upset she contacted corporate, who said they would send a gift card (they never did). Which brings me to my last issue. I tried to order from this location again, even though my wife asked I never order from this location. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a bag a chips. It took 1.5 hours to show up! I could have walked the 1.2 miles, ordered, and walked home before this order showed up. I called the store before the order showed up to see if my order had even left the store. I mentioned the order has taken over an hour and still has not shown up. He told me (this is not a joke) “yeah, the driver is new and kind of sucks.” I was so caught by that I didn’t even know how to respond. I worked at Jimmy John’s for 6 years in high school and college, so I know this is not acceptable to their standards. Not sure if it’s lack of training or the employees/management/owners just don’t care. I sadly can’t support this location when their practice is to point blame and not take accountability. If I was the owner I would fire every manager and start focusing on training and customer support. They are sadly losing out on a lot of money...

Called and complained that the chips that I got with my order was missing the chips, just a bag of Jalapeno seasoning was told I would get free chips on my next order, that it's connected to my phone number (never got those). Called and complained after my freaky fast order took over 1.5 hours, was told I would get a free sub on my next order (never got that either). Refused to order online because their deliveries were not timely. Went in yesterday and the store is out of bread at 1pm. Too many bad experiences with this location. Won't be returning. I lied I went back twice this week. This place has to be the worst business in Milwaukee. Ordered ahead of time on Monday and got my food 25 minutes after the time requested, so 70 minutes after ordered. Went to the store today on my way back to the office, because I thought it would be freaky fast as one of the employees shirt said. After a little wait some girl finally came to the register, no hello, but she couldn't log into the system, after a while she mumbles something couldn't understand a word she said. Then the guys making the subs was so slow it was painful. No Thank You nothing, don't you teach your employees to say hello and thank you to the people that keep you in business. Will definitely be my last visit. Management could care less about their customers. I will drive out of my way to avoid this place, not another...

Literally the last straw. I have been ordering from this location for over a decade and today was my last order after waiting over 2 hours and another 20 minutes to actually get talk to someone who was completely dismissive offered no solution other than stating they aren't aware if a driver has it out for delivery or not when asked how come you don't know if you work there? the woman's responses was you trying to be funny? This is how an employee addressed someone calling to inquire and then cancel their order. There was no negative tone from my self nor the woman however to be clear it wasn't a hostile conversation just no attention as to how to address a customer or try and rectify an issue.
