If I could give negative five stars I would. The past three times we have gone into the store to order they not only lost our order each time, but when we asked for an update we were told it was a busy and they would complete the order as soon as possible, all while those who had ordered after us were getting their orders and leaving. Each time this happened it wasn't until 30-45 min later that they finally said, "someone else must have taken the order." No apology, NOTHING. All they did was act annoyed that they had to remake the order. When we complained to the manager about the lack of customer service and being blown off multiple times even they didn't apologize and just said sometimes this stuff happens. While I can under stand this happening on occasion, multiple times in a row is too hard to call a coincidence. Today we decided to give them another chance and to try ordering delivery hoping it would be a better experience. Unfortunately, it was far worse than anything yet. We were estimated that delivery would be 30min. 30 min. went by, then 45 min, then 60. At this time we called for an update on the order, the employee that answered the phone was extremely rude and made no effort to identify the problem, put us on hold and said that they would have the manager call us. 15-20min later still no call back so we called again and told them to cancel the order as at this time it had been an hour and a half and no one could give us an update on the status. We were told that the order could not be canceled and that it was on its way, after further complaining we were to told to come into the store for a refund. 15 minutes after getting off the phone our order finally arrived, keep in mind this was now 1 hour and 45 minutes after we had originally placed the order and we are less than a mile away from this Cousins location. The delivery driver was rude, I requested that he have the manager call us and he said well you can call him at the number on the top of the receipt. I told him no, we have already called multiple times he can call us back and wrote my number down on the order for him to take back. This employee when he thought I wasn't looking he asked my friend where the garbage was to throw it away. Even after all this, we opened up the order that was delivered to find it was completely wrong. 2 hours later: wrong order, horrible service, lack of any concern by the manager, and we are still sitting here hungry with no lunch. This place needs a better system in the drive-through. When we paid, we were told to park at parking spot #1. Before we were able to do so, the person who ordered before us (this person was waiting by the window at first) decided to park in spot #1 (the spot assigned to us). From that moment I knew the order will be messed up. We were given the order of that person. The employee delivering the food didn’t even confirmed the order, just handed the bag to me. And the employee at the window yells: I told them to park by the window. No, you she did not. She told the person BEFORE us to park by the wondow, we were told to go to spot #1. This place should assign numbers you can hang by the window like Culver’s does. And employees must verify the order before handing the bag to you. How can that be messed up? You...

Every time I place an online order, the procedure is different. This time I could select the sandwich but all customization had to be done in the comments box. I ordered a turkey sandwich and added provolone (in the comments box). When I arrived at the location, I was told by both the employee and supervisor that I had to pay separately for the cheese because I added cheese to a non-cheese sandwich and the app could not charge me for it from the comments box (which was the only place I could put it!). Dumbfounded over this silliness, I asked, OK, how much for the stupid cheese? 84 cents. A savvy supervisor would have comped the cheese and apologized for my inconvenience.
