Exceptional Service and Atmosphere at Starbucks
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Starbucks location at Mayfair and center and I must say, it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that is often lacking in today's retail environment.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by a fantastic barista named Trenton, who went above and beyond to make my visit personal and welcoming. His attention to detail and genuine care for ensuring my satisfaction truly stood out. It is rare to encounter such personalized service in a retail setting, and Trenton's dedication to creating a memorable experience for customers is truly commendable.
Not only was the service top-notch, but the entire crew at this Starbucks location exuded a sense of teamwork and camaraderie that made me feel like a valued guest. Despite the fast-paced environment, I never felt rushed and was able to enjoy my visit at my own pace.
Although I was in and out quickly, I found myself wanting to stay longer just to soak in the welcoming atmosphere that Trenton and the team had cultivated. This Starbucks location has truly set a standard for exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment that is often missing in today's retail culture.
I highly recommend this Starbucks store to anyone looking for not only a great cup of coffee but also a memorable and personalized experience. Light caramel drizzle - this is extra. Managers excuse * was it’s my fault that I did not try it right away and tell them, and also because of the milk that’s why it’s so much caramel? Interesting. I could’ve sworn I placed an order with points I can’t get back btw- LIGHT caramel drizzle around the cup. It’s never looked like this before. I was drinking caramel syrup and oat milk thats it.
Also what happened to the cold foam? You guys don’t swirl it look enough to foam? It’s always so dead now! Melts so fast. Not the same!
Let’s not forget how the manager, Allie, told me it was also my fault they * forgot my cookie. I thought employees were supposed to actually look at Orders… follow them…
And if they get someone’s order wrong or something is missing, APOLOGIZE sincerely * and fix it. Make it right. That’s what keeps customers coming back. This location just needs a new manager who is trained well to handle small issues like this, and a new staff. You can’t update the place, then up the prices and give us poor quality drinks and attitude. What even is this?!
Stick to the one on 124th & capitol, Brookfield. That location is actually very kind, and almost always gets your order right. Read moreI usually have great experiences at this location when I pick up in-store. I decided to try the drive through option today after ordering ahead, which I have never done before. The customer service was terrible, I was disappointed.
I admittedly may have missed the signage for the first window, and with there being no line, I immediately went to the second window.
As I reached the second window, the employee was impolite - I received no greeting back, and instead was met with a blank look. I told them the name of my order, and the employee acted as if getting my order was some kind of immeasurable task.
When she handed me my order, there was still 0 pleasantry in demeanor - in fact I was told tersely: “Next time tell us in the first window so we know you’re here”. No have a good day or anything.
