Brenda, that Works at night that closed Wednesday, April 9 at 10 o’clock to 1009. She was being very rude disrespectful charge me for an extra drink that I didn’t want and refuse it to serve me when I first came in and made me wait five minutes while she had half way pack a order Brenda wanna be nice to the other customers because they were a gentleman and I am a lady and I feel as though that’s Brenda shouldn’t be in customer service If she gonna get intimidated by someone just walking in the door wanted some food from a company she only work for not OWN I Don’t know Brenda from no where and shouldn’t be choosing when you’ll wanna be nice because this is a service that I wanted to Spend my money on but I will not be coming back to this Wingstop no more because the simple fact Brenda made made me feel very uncomfortable with the service and I know that not how it was trained not giving me good customer service having a bad attitude threw my money on the counter When I simply asked Brenda to put it in my hand, which you can hear on camera and Brenda thought it was OK to put it still on the counter and didn’t put my money in my hand I feel as though that was very childish and unlikeliness for Brenda to do that Because I didn’t come in there with that type of energy all I did was have the Patience, even when she took forever on purpose, because I see everybody else she was ready to take their order which is fine with me because I just understand the childishness of Brenda I write this review to let you know you shouldn’t want nobody working at your COMPANY with that TYPE OF customer service because they don’t know who comes in there and how they are feeling and I really do love Wingstop by the way, I’ve been waiting for for this Wingstop to open i was so excited when I finally had the time to come into WING STOP if you wanna make sure that my review is 100% Correctly you could check the cameras around the time When I was in the store . At 4pm I placed 3 separate orders to be ready at 5pm. On the second order I accidently set the pickup time for asap. So I called the store to let them know that the order is to be picked up at 5pm not 10 or 15 minutes. The lady who answered the phone confirmed pickup at 5. So at 5pm I go to pick up the 3 orders and they only have 2. The young lady who gave me the 2 orders has always been polite and courteous. I wish I'd gotten her name because she was awesome! That manager tho. She just sitting at the front counter staring at a tablet and she can literally HEAR AND SEE me talking to the young lady about the missing order. The young lady directs me to her. She immediately looked irritated that she had to get up that chair. She gone say rudely aint no 3rd order. Maybe you placed the order for another store. I just show her my email confirmations for THREE orders. The order that's missing is the SAME ONE I called about. She rudely states oh I remember you like my orders were a hassle. So she go to the back and say make her 4 tenders. Im like its supposed to be 8 due to the bogo sale. The guy in the back makes them in like 39 seconds. You'd think the food would be hot. ALL OF IT was cold even the "fresh" tenders he'd just made. The lemon hot didn't taste like lemon or spicy. The Mexican corn tenders and the ranch was too salty. And the atomic wasn't spicy at all. I usually get great service and food at this location. But if the manager or cook that was there yesterday is working I will not be back. Kudos to the young lady who gave me my orders. 2: Wing Stop employees deliver great customer service as well as the Gentleman running the business and training and helping his employees. He .always makes sure,From what I saw while waiting for food, people are Always taken care of and order taken.
