Wanted to give 4.5, but it rounds up to 5.

Food: The Burgers are amazing! It has quickly become the best gourmet burger that I know of in the area. The toppings are all fresh and carefully selected. Bourbon Bacon Burger, Surf and Turf and Gruyere Mushroom have all been great. Fries are phenomenal; wings were decent. I can’t get over the burgers :)

Beer: Extensive tap list but nothing to go crazy over. When I think beer bar/growler, I think rare, unique, super delicious. Not that the beer is bad, they are just more forward/commonly seen options and a lot of them. I think a consultation from a local beer geek gets you there fast. Menu doesn’t need to be all this category, but 4-5 would make it a solid beer bar too.

Space: Can’t say enough. The place is sleek and has TVs galore for the big game. Always clean and comfortable. There is even a nice back room to game (hoops, putting, bags) which is great for the kids too. Your experience can be 2 part or a mix of both.

Service: Always friendly but the wait staff doesn’t seem up on what’s good. Samples for the staff might go a long way here. Place seems out of some things but know they will improve on this category too.

I'm really happy East Tosa has another sports bar for us to enjoy. There are a ton of TVs...turn your head in any direction. Well done. I'm concerned about the place needing more seating or places to put your drink down - some railings and maybe more high tables would help. Only concerned for good reason - I think this will be a popular place to watch games. There is a side room with games, but again - they may need to use that space more for overflow. The tap list is extensive! Good variety and if you don't like beer, well it's a full bar so no complaints! Wine too. 👌🏼 The service was really great - super friendly and attentive even during NCAA March Madness and just opening. Impressed. I have been here twice recently for Packers games. Fun environment for the games. They pass around free shots when the Packers score a touchdown. The food has been good, I have tried appetizers including nachos, mini-corn dogs, cheese curds, and chicken wings. I loved the chunky bleu cheese dressing for the buffalo wings. The service was excellent the first time, server was attentive and friendly. Second time was a different server that we had to flag down multiple times after long waits even though he didn't look particularly busy. Hopefully next...
