I don’t usually leave reviews for anything but the manager (I’m guessing I didn’t ask if she was) was more worried about getting a bad review than making my food in a decent time or letting her worker answer my question.

I placed an online order for pickup ASAP (3 cravings boxes and a variety party pack of tacos). I waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes and saw the drive thru line wrapped around the building I went over to Tj Max until it said my order was ā€˜being made’... 30 minutes later. (Keep in mid it took me a few minutes to check out and drive back over. And there was no one in the drive thru) So I went in and asked if it was ready and they hadn’t even started on it. One of the workers said no it will just be a few more minutes, I asked if she knew why because I’d already waited almost 45 minutes and put the pick up for ASAP. Then another worker (I think the manager, short brunette) interrupted and said because it was a larger order if they would have made any of it some stuff would have been cold. I said that would have been fine and laughed it off as I went to walk out. Then she raised her voice, got an attitude and said ā€œwell that’s just not how we do things her and I’m not serving any cold food.ā€ (I live 15 minutes down the road so it would have been kind of cold by the time I got home with it anyway.) So after another 20 minutes or so they finally finished with my food. I paid extra for Doritos tacos in the party pack and didn’t get a single one and every thing requested with out lettuce had everything on it.

The other 3 employees that were working were very nice and apologetic, and I really appreciate that but it should not take almost an hour and 15 minutes to get 3 cravings boxes and tacos with just meat and...

My family loves Taco Bell. We came here frequently. They used to be great but after our last visit, we won't be coming back. We had to come up 3 times (from our house) to try to get all of our order & properly made for our family dinner.

They missed an item so my husband went back up for it. It took them a long time to make it. No apologies. He brought it home to discover it didn't have an important ingredient on it. (Steak Cheesy Street Chalupas missing the cilantro onion mix)

I took the item back up to have it corrected only to find out from the guy who made it that they were out of onions. I asked if he told my husband that (so I wouldn't have drove all the way up AGAIN) and the guy said he didn't tell my husband BECAUSE HE DIDNT ASK. No sorry, just matter of fact that it was my husband's job & not at all a communication error on his own part.

Please tell my how my husband should have known to ask?

So I guess now, customers should ask "Do you have beef? Do you have cheese? Do you have lettuce? Do you have shells? Great! I'll order a taco then!"

It's really a shame to spend that much money there, drive up 3 times & still not get what we paid for. Then to go home & have cold food to eat.

I worked at a Taco Bell for 15 years & could never imagine blaming a customer for not knowing we were out of ingredients. Especially frequent customers like us.

my experience with taco bell today april 27th at around 11:50 pm was absolutely TERRRIBLE. keep in mind this was TWO hours before they closed. i’ll start off that half of the menu they were out of and even after not getting what we wanted … they got our order wrong. they made my chicken quesadilla with spicy ranch ??? it’s supposed to be chipotle …. none of the quesadillas were fully cooked and one didn’t even have cheese in half of it. none of the cheese was melted and my chicken was cold. the worst part was how we were treated at the drive through. the man that took our order was noticeably annoyed that we were even there in the first place. he actually sighed multiple times and huffed and puffed every time we ordered something would get more and more mad. he actually at one point paused when we asked for something and waited a couple of second just to say ā€œi guess we can do that for youā€ in a weird creepy accent obviously different from his normal one. literally after every single item we ordered he would sigh and say what else now. you should not be working in fast food if you’re angry people are ordering food TWO HOURS before...
