Only giving you 4 stars because finally, after 22 days, my nasty messed up order was somewhat escalated. I kept the 1 star for service because why has it taken a whole month to get a coupon on my app, no refund still, is just crazy to me. DoorDash did there part trying to get my refund processed even reaching out to this location and they never processed. But how disgusting that it is now 9/23/2025 and this location is just processing my refund on 8/31/2025, mind you about an order they messed up. Be mindful when you do business here, they will mess up your food, give you old or cold food, and not want to fix the issue for the customer. Stop playing with people’s food and people’s money, it’s that simple. These restaurants and businesses need to start being held accountable for their terrible customer service and food quality through delivery services. We didn't get our ranch dressing for our salads, and what chili we did get for the taco salad was very little, my 1 year old could have eaten it all... and we love Wendy's, we come at least 3 days a week, sometimes more, it's an inside joke when they say "see you tomorrow " because with us we actually do come alot, more like 4-5 times a week and for the most part they are always nice and pleasant, and we get what we order... it's when we order the salads, that's when the trouble starts... but hey, we ain't mad with you, just want our salads made the way you guys make everything else, just make sure they are complete, you guys understand, buying a salad is expensive, I can make my own for nearly nothing, but when I buy one I want what I want and for it to be slim pickings on the toppings is another... anyway, hope this helps, and will get your team in gear to care enough to make sure every item goes in the bag, OH, and we are missing the saltine crackers we...
