Starbucks — Restaurant in Wayland

Needs to be better organized. Been here three times and twice had problems with my online order. Once, I'm guessing their inventory wasn't updated because it accepted an online order for something they didn't have in stock. Stood around waiting for a while before someone finally asked what I was waiting on. They did make me something else and gave me a card for a free item on my next visit, which was nice and that next visit was fine. My visit after that, I stood waiting again. They were pumping out drinks like crazy but I had a food order. Finally someone said something to another worker standing around not doing much that they should check the food orders and pulled about ten tickets out of the machine.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this Starbucks today. My friends and I, all Egyptian American, were simply sitting and chatting, not disturbing anyone, when the shift manager, Aubrey, approached us without warning in a very rude manner, told us that we needed to leave or the police would be called. This was completely out of the blue, as we were just enjoying our time together after church. This all started after a Caucasian male customer complained about us for no apparent reason, and we were singled out because of it.

As if that wasn’t enough, another Egyptian American family with an infant child was also told to leave as well, despite the fact that they weren’t causing any disruption either. The entire experience felt discriminatory and completely...

Today I picked up my mobile order it was a vanilla cold brew with sweet cream. It was not ready when I arrived. It was light ice light cream extra sweet cream vanilla cold foam and when she was making it she got to the top and was extremely backed up with orders so I see her look at the side of the cup and just add ice and a little extra cream and throw the top on. No sweet cream and no cold foam at all in the coffee Basically I just paid six dollars for an iced coffee with nothing in it.
