The onwer and staff are so rude, and I wish I would have known that before spending half the money I have spent with them. So about a month ago I ordered food and it arrived late and the driver which was a mixed girl that I have never seen walks up late with my food looking high off something, lost, and confused and begins to tell me she's new in town and that she couldn't find where I lived. So i tell her that's ok and take my food. Once i got into my house I noticed my food was not that warm and once I began eating I found hair in my food and my beans were really mushy and slimy. So I call the store to let them know and they treat me as if I did something wrong. They told me to contact menufy, so i did. I was suppose to get avrefund but no one called my phone or the girl never came back. However she tells the store i threw food at her and wouldnt give the food back...... Why would I waste my time calling about a refund to not give the food back and throw it at her?? I'm a 27 year old women what would be the reason to throw food at her? We didn't have a confrotation and I only saw her when she brought the food the very first time. So boss pizza says I couldn't get a refund and now I can't order food from neither restaurant here in sioux falls. Mind you I've been a loyal customer always ordered food from them and ndver had an issue out of the two years I have been ordering from them. I have never heard of anything like that, or a manager or owner treating a customer that way. No one wanted to hear the truth from me theu just listened to the new employee who lied and decides what she said was true. I literally told the girl it was OK that she was an hour late and the store and owner treat me that way when I did nothing wrong. I have always been respected by their delivery drivers and always have gave respect and even tips...... And that's gow you treat your customers. Read moreUpdate 12/30/24 Was nice that you finally reached out after almost 6 months since the incident. What's not nice however is that you just punt on a solution and say that since you changed computer systems since then you refuse to make it right. Even though I still have my receipt and therefore can still prove the transaction. This is something you could easily make right if you were a reputable business that cared about customers and getting repeat business. Locally owned restaurants in town are having a tough go lately. It really is too bad some good locations have had to close while shady operations such as this continue to stay active. Truly the worst restaurant in town hands down. They have a lot of recent low reviews and if they actually tried to fix issues like they say in their responses, they'd probably be great. All talk and no resolution. Save your hard earned money, especially in this economy. Steer clear and you'll be glad you did. 5/10/24 Absolute worst restaurant in town. Had a large delivery order placed on 4/20/24. Delivery driver calls to say he is at my apartment. Hangs up before I could answer. Doesn't answer when I call back. Finally answers and turns out he gave my order to whoever just got out of the elevator. Called back to the store and they acknowledged he just called them and told them what happened. Said they'd refund me in 3-5 business days. Multiple calls back to the store and today now being 15 business days since and still no refund. Total rip off of a restaurant. Domino's fulfilled my order in half the time for half the cost and the driver asked to see my phone to verify I was the one he called to say he was here and I didn't ask him to do that. Read moreI love bosses. I do. Their chicken and potato wedges are my go to! That being said, their customer service needs some work. Online it says their open until midnight. I called around 9:50 to order some potato wedges. The gentleman on the phone was a bit rude. Told me they closed in 10 minutes, assured him Id be there and they just seemed irritated with me. When I arrived at 9:57, I explained why I thought they were open. The gentleman at the counter was a bit nicer than on the phone. He explained that their hours havent been changed online, but they were switching to winter hrs. I thanked him for still taking my order. Again, I was there before their closing time. My order was done a moment after I arrived. I thanked the cook for making my food and instead of you are welcome or no problem or any other friendly way of telling a customer you are glad to serve them, he just said yep, in an annoyed tone. I get it. They were ready to go home and if they would have told me they couldn't take the order, it would have been fine and I would have happily understood, but they took it and I was there before closing time like I promised. Please work on your customer service. I have been in the service industry for over 11 years. I love your food and don't want any reason to not want to support the business.
