Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Wayne Township

M S. Sioux Falls, SD 03 2/23/2023 DON'T order delivery here at 26th Street location in Sioux Falls!!! The delivery guy called when he arrived outside of our apartment building and said to meet him down at apartment building entrance instead of delivering to our apartment door!!! He said it's for his safety because of that delivery driver that was killed a couple years ago! That was unfortunate for the driver who died, however that has nothing to do with delivering to our door like he's supposed to, like any other driver does no problem. Even other companies deliver to our building with no problems, and we're on the third floor. I wonder if that was the reason: he was too lazy to go to the 3rd floor? It's a safe community here, and he shouldn't be a driver if he's so afraid to go to customer's door. That's what he's paid to do, and we obviously wanted delivery for the convenience, or we would've carried out. We paid for delivery ahead of time and expect that service. Never again giving them our business! When I called and talked to manager guy, he said the driver's have that discretion not to deliver to your door if they don't want to!!! What kind of "delivery" business are they running here? Lost customers from us now, so too bad for them. The pizza was barely warm too...

Update: Thank you Andrew for yiur amazing customer service! Andrew stayed late to make me a new papadia when I ordered the wrong one and picked it up at closing time. Thank you Andrew for caring, it mattered!! This store does an amazing job when it comes to customer service. The corporate website has not allowed me to update my address and I ordered a pizza for pick up at the wrong location and Nick from this store not only assured me it was no problem but had my original order copied and their system before I could even pull it up in my email. Not only did they fix my mistake but they matched the pricing I received from my original order. Again this was my mistake but not only did they correct but like it was theirs they assured me it was not a problem for them(even tho it had to have been a annoying inconvenience). So I tried calling in an order for my family to buy this deal from Papa Johns on S Marion - the person refused to allow us to do it over the phone saying it’s an online coupon only- so we go to the website. In a rush we are hoping to grab it on the way home. The website is not allowing us to use the coupon. We stopped by the building and the rep refused to allow us to use the coupon saying their deals are on the website however we paid for these coupons - the rep also then stated it has to be expired. I point out that it doesn’t expire until June of 2022. I pleaded with him to accept the coupon and he refused. This is insanity-I paid for these coupons and you are denying for me to use them.
